Garbage customer service I normally deal with a Toyota dealership by my home, however I contacted this dealership (because they are located close to my work) to see if they co I normally deal with a Toyota dealership by my home, however I contacted this dealership (because they are located close to my work) to see if they could top up my oil for my 2009 Rav 4. The dealership by my home tops up my oil at no charge because they acknowledge that my car burns oil at an abnormal rate (and I already had an oil consumption test to prove this). However because my oil light went off this am on my way to work and I wasn't going to be near my regular dealership, I contacted this dealership to see if they could top up my oil at no charge. I was told no, that every dealership is separately owned and that they would charge me to top up my oil. At least my dealership acknowledges there is an issue with my Rav 4 even though no formal notice has gone out....yet. Really bad customer service. Just sealing the deal for me that my next car will NOT be a Toyota. More

dishonese salesman Went to this dealer for Sienna. The salesman showed a paper that I can a 2016 model for the 2015 price and I can get a 2016 model in 2 weeks. He said 2016 model will be build in Dec. available in Jan. When I asked for more details he said he does not know 2016 price yet. He has 'Employee of the month' on his wall. All rubbish , waste of time. More
Bought a 2009 Toyota Tundra, never told about MAJOR PROBLEM I purchased a 2009 used Toyota Tundra in 2011, this past summer my vehicle broke down and was towed to this dealership with a full tank of fuel. My v I purchased a 2009 used Toyota Tundra in 2011, this past summer my vehicle broke down and was towed to this dealership with a full tank of fuel. My vehicle sat in their parking lot for 2 months and 4 days before the issue was fixed. Mississauga Toyota sold me this vehicle knowing a major design flaw existed with this model year, but failed to inform me. I tracked down the original owner who stated that this dealership told him to trade in the vehicle because of the major design flaw. Mississauga Toyota lied to me, the problem exists with the Air Pump Valves, a poor design of which Toyota Canada and their dealership's have known existed since 2007. Toyota Canada was absolutely no help, after a month I threatened a law suit, it was only then that they rented me a vehicle to use. Mississauga Toyota and their service finally fixed the problem and the cost to me was just shy of $3,000.00. When I picked my vehicle up, my fuel tank was empty, I was upset that over the two month period someone drained my fuel, when I inquired, they denied any responsibility. In my opinion this is the worst dealership in all of Ontario, they have damaged my vehicle, new dents and scratches, stole my fuel, tightened up my battery until it exploded, denied responsibility, lied about the design flaw. TAKE THE TRUCK BACK AND GIVE ME A FULL REFUND! More

Stay away from the service department! I took my car in for the 16k oil change and they left the oil filter loose. I only discovered this two weeks and 2000 km later when my oil pressure l I took my car in for the 16k oil change and they left the oil filter loose. As it was a Sunday, I took my car to a local Mr. Lube where they discovered the oil filter was installed finger tight and the oil filter wrench was still attached to the oil filter and there was only one liter of oil left in the crankcase. More

Always a pleasant experience This is not the first review that I have written... they're always positive. I used to fear going to my mechanic as I am not the most car savvy per This is not the first review that I have written... they're always positive. I used to fear going to my mechanic as I am not the most car savvy person. More than once have I been attempted to be taken advantage of financially. One mechanic actually tried to have me believe that my repair would cost between $700-$800. A mechanic down the road quoted me $125 for the same work and could not understand how the other mechanic came up with that estimate. I can truly say that I have not had anything close to a negative encounter with you guys at 427 and Dundas. I'm simply not sure if this would be true of any Toyota location. Every time I come in for scheduled maintenance I come out feeling better than when I came in... how's that for satisfaction! Its always consistent, friendly, non-judgmental quality service. If I don't understand something I ask again and I seem to patiently get the answer worded in more layman's terms. Such was the case with Bryan. He exemplified everything that I mentioned above. He was courteous, friendly yet professional and seemed to have a quick wit about him. He also did something that I appreciate... he informed me that although I was due for a "something-or-other", it wasn't necessary at this time. Knowing that he had said that took away any fear that I had about being "ripped-off". I can honestly say that I DO tell people about you guys. When I'm asked how I like my Toyota Highlander, I always rave about it. That always leads me to tell them about the quality service that I consistently get from your Toyota dealership! Mick More
