I was very pleased with how quickly she was able to order the part needed and also to be able to pick up the car earlier than expected thenext day. While driving the car now, I realize that the mechanic did a very good job, and Jessica assured me that I could come back in if at any time the light were to go on again and it probably would require a lesser job then. Also, I was pleased with the senior’s special discount and the overall price. More
Disappointing It took way too long to fix two sensors. I understand weather and the long weekend were a factor, and we could have picked up the vehicle and returned when the parts were in, but with small kids and busy schedule it was more of a hassle for us. We chose to live the hassle of using my sedan commuter car for the duration of the servicing. This was from drop off Thursday night until pick-up the following Wednesday night.The real problem was at pick-up when I noticed the bumper panel behind the rear driver side wheel was detached. I asked inside but the counter person said nobody was around and she would note it on the file. I still have not heard a response. Up until now, we have been happy with Mississauga Toyota. Now, I don't know if there is other damage to my van that I am not being told about. It is too bad, as this little episode has given us reason to perhaps get a larger second vehicle and I have really been eyeing the Camry and RV4 hybrids, just no longer from this dealership. I have made my last visit. More

Over serviced. Yes, the service was good. It was so good that I felt I was over serviced. The mileage of my 2014 Toyota Corolla was only 41,434 km on Jan 31, but I w Yes, the service was good. It was so good that I felt I was over serviced. The mileage of my 2014 Toyota Corolla was only 41,434 km on Jan 31, but I was given a service for 48,000km, the mileage I may not reach a year late. Based on the 2018 factory recommendation 60 month service was $234.90. But I was billed $382 for my 63 month car. I was told when I was giving my key the service could be around $250, but it turned out $130 more. Is such service all in my benefit? Absolutely not. More
