3 Years of Service at Mississauga Toyota I recently brought my 2016 Corolla in for service, I've been visiting them ever since my first maintenance visit in mid 2016. I've always been treated I recently brought my 2016 Corolla in for service, I've been visiting them ever since my first maintenance visit in mid 2016. I've always been treated with respect, honesty and professionalism by the staff. The customer lounge is comfortable and offers free wifi, coffee, water, etc. I always wait for my car instead of dropping it off since it never takes more than a couple of hours and it lets me catch up on some Netflix. I've only ever had one issue in which the oil drain bolt washer wasn't replaced or was missing which resulted in a very small oil leak (an honest mistake in my opinion). They corrected the issue within 15 minutes and there was no charge for the correction. Other then that I haven't had any other issues with the maintenance service done by them. Based on my experiences I'll be continuing to service my car here without a doubt. More

Disappointing I made a request to have the battery and starting system checked as I was having trouble starting my vehicle. Toyota dealership did an AVR test. I paid for this test but oddly got no results printed on my bill. Toyota said the battery and charging system was fine. I went to start my vehicle later. It did not start. I tried to get a boost from two other vehicles and still it failed to start. I called the Toyota mechanic. He said I should send a video of me attempting to start the vehicle. I did this. Mechanic said I would have to pay for another AVR test as they may have missed something. Further, the mechanic suggested I pay Abrams towing for a boost if possible and the tow if necessary to Mississauga Toyota. I was expecting them to redo the test and tell me what they missed not charge me for yet another test. I replied to the email sent to me by Toyota. You know the one that says "Thank You, We strive to exceed your expectations with the highest level of professional service" hoping to get a response. No response. I was trying at that point to save the account and not write this negative review as I've been a customer there for 19 years. 2 new vehicles purchased there. A month and a half later still no response from Toyota. More
