Somehow one of the nuts holding a panel under the car came undone causing the panel to fill with wet snow causing the panel to collapse this was, this wa obviously a manufactures's defect since the car is only a year old and this panel had never been remove. Instead of going to bat for me as the customer they sided with Hyundai telling me that this part would not be covered, It was obvious that this was an assembly issue. In fact the service manager tried to convince me that I had hit something when infact one of the nuts had unscrewed. The fixed operations manager did not even return my calls. This dealer is only trying to get brownie point fron Hyundai Canada not to help customers More

I was explained all the features of the car properly and the sales team did not try to sell the most expensive since car, whereas they gave me friendly advice. Mr. Vikas Monga from Service team gave me great insight into the maintainence cost of different vehicles and guided me towards the correct decision. Sales Manager Mr. Shah Ahmed gave me the best deal and we even received 43" LED TV with the car. The staff was courteous and car was delivers on time.. I will surely recommend everyone to witness the experience first hand and meet the star team. More

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP- THIEVES! Nav Bhatia's Mississauga Hyundai dealership just lost another customer and they can care less. Sure, I'm a huge sucker for being a victim in this w Nav Bhatia's Mississauga Hyundai dealership just lost another customer and they can care less. Sure, I'm a huge sucker for being a victim in this whole scam. I was told I needed my car to come in for a "Service 1". Which, by my understanding is pretty much an oil change. Expecting to pay my regular fee of $100 to change the oil, I was told when I got there that I needed my brakes inspected and some fuel injector service. Silly me thought that these were NECESSARY adjustments to the car that would benefit and enhance the drive. I also thought this would help keep my warranty with Hyundai intact. I was not aware that I was allowed to decline these services... again, because I thought I needed it to keep my warranty. The advisor, Paul Ruffolo, briefly explained that I needed an oil change, brake servicing and fuel injector service... and stated, "Don't worry, I got rid of all the services you don't need... Also, I'll throw in a free gift for you." Little did I know that their idea of a "Front and Rear brake service" meant that they LOOKED at the brakes and "polished" them?! Do brakes need to be cleaned if they're going to get dirty straight after driving for a few seconds?! I paid a guy $150 to pull out his ruler and simply look at my brakes. When it was explained to me, I was under the impression they'd fix them... Lesson learned. Wish I knew it earlier, but this dealership is clearly filled with scam artists. And yes, I'm probably the last one to know that. I was wrong to believe that a dealership, which has gained an insane amount of money, would at least have the decency to have their LOYAL customers' best interests in mind. Just another example of how people can care less what you think, and more of the money they're adding to their greed. After talking to my dad about what had happened, and how I was taken advantage of... he insisted to speak to the Service Manager (didn't catch his name) about how they ripped me off and fully took advantage of a woman that doesn't know much about cars. The service manager explained that the brake servicing was necessary... that they took them off and cleaned them... My dad couldn't believe what he was hearing... how stupid it is to clean brakes... Once we declared that they would be losing me as a customer, the Manager, in sum, said, "If you can't understand why we needed to service her brakes, then we might as well lose you as a customer." OHHHH! And that free gift I mentioned earlier? Wasn't even given to me once I left... I had to come back to the desk and ask where my "free gift" was... and the receptionist said, "Oh, sorry, I forgot to give that to you..." A free Hyundai bluetooth speaker. SCAM ARTISTS. PLEASE DON'T GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS. More
DO NOT TRUST this dealership, I was very disappointed Hi, I heard of this dealership, because of it being the highest volume dealership in Canada. I was told they would give the lowest price, when I wen Hi, I heard of this dealership, because of it being the highest volume dealership in Canada. I was told they would give the lowest price, when I went in, wow they really emphasized they were the best lowest price dealership ever. This 1000% was not the truth, do not-do not believe them, I sat with one of there top sales person, i even met the owner, "the Raptor super fan man". All with smiles and promises of the absolute lowest price. I almost finalized the deal, but my sister who was with me told me to check another dealership 1st, she didnt trust what she was hearing. I actually took a pic the offer he printed out, I was about to sign. Note, they would not give me a single thing except 1 OIL CHANGE, they said it was because of what an incredible deal I was getting......I was convinced. BUT I listen to my wise sister and promised to return the next day. I WAS SHOCKED! I went into another dealers, BRAMPTON (on Queen Street) HYUNDIA, someone else told me they are incredible in relation to pricing and customer service. Well guess what, (without disclosing to the Queen St Hynundia I sat and went through the motions of getting a price). They lowered the price by more then $2000 (almost 3000), plus gave me 3 free Oil changes, free mats and bumper protecter, they dropped my monthly payments, incredible saving and added options like the free Oil, I calculated, it brought the saving to well more then $3000, AND it took them only-only 20minutes to give me the deal! What a difference. I was so impressed and at the same time VERY upset at the lies, decete, false promises I recieved the day before from my sales man and the owner, Mr Raptor. Shame on them both, trying to decieve single mother, trying to get ahead. Not only that ,they insulted other Hyundia dealership, claiming most other Hyundia dealerships are crooked, terrible representation for Hyundia, they are out for them selves, and is very sad that that this type of false lying business practices would get a head financially, becoming Hyundias top volume dealer????? Terrible. Also Glen Erin had me in there for over TWO hours, and gave the run around, and after 2 hours a horrible horrible horrible price, with no incentives like free oil changes.....Plus I found out from another friend with same vehicle (2016 Hyundia xl Limited) that they bought theres for $2000 less then Glen Erin was offering and they received many bonuses as well. DO NOT go to this dealership, in my opinion they are bordering on fraud. *Oh one last thing - this really bother me - The saleman even said to me, that they can lower certain customers prices, by charging other customers(unaware) more when they are purchasing a vehicle, and then there higher purchase price alows the dealership more flexibility when giving certained preferred customers the lowest price, he acted as if I had no moral, and would be ok with that kind of curupt sales practices, bordering on fraund. I didnt comfortable with that (BUT the funny thing I guess in my case I was probally one of the people getting charged more to give another customer a really good deal, but it was probally alll lies anyways). Let your friends/family know stay away from them. Hyundia Queen St I highly recommend. Sincerly, Sonia More
Most dishonest dealership and company DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS CAR DEALERSHIP!!! They take advantage of older people on fix income. Probably the most dishonest car dealership that I have DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS CAR DEALERSHIP!!! They take advantage of older people on fix income. Probably the most dishonest car dealership that I have crossed paths with in my life. What is even worst is that I emailed Hyundai Canada 2 months ago to file 2 complaints and it took them a month to respond to my complaints. After investigation and obvious results they still sided with Hyundai of Erin Mills. It was clear from the work orders that the technician(s) hid a faulty remote door module, by replacing the remote door batteries. It was after the warranty expired that Hyundai suggested that the module needed replacing and now the owners of the car have to carry the expense. I am disgusted by their behavior and would never recommend this dealer to any one I know. I escalated to Hydundai Canada on an issue that has me very frustrated with the Hyundai dealership at Erin Mills. My parents, who are both retired, on a fixed income and English is not their first language, purchased a Hyundai Tucson in 2011. In 2013, the remote key stopped working. The remotes (both) would not open the doors. The dealer’s solution was to replace the battery on the remote and reprogram the remote module and they also charged my parents for this service. This happened again within the year and again the dealership’s solution was to replace the battery on the remote and reprogram the remote module and however, as a good will they did not charge my parents for this service. Now, in 2014 the remote key stop working and parents took it to get serviced again. However, now that this module is no longer under warranty, they claimed that the module is faulty and needs to be replaced. This issue has been occurring since they purchased the car and now, once the warranty is expired they want to change it and charge the expense, over $700.00 to my parents. This issue should have been diagnosed the first time, or at least the second time it happened. It clearly demonstrates that the dealership took advantage of my parent’s lack of English and knowledge. The dealership was just waiting to the warranty to expire and then finally recommended to replace the module at my parent’s expense. This kind of behavior makes me sick and disgusted with a company like this. What makes it worst is that even Hydunai Canada refused to do anything about it and seems to support the dealerships treatment and behavior of customers and older people. I find unacceptable that this dealership (Erin Mills) is able to operate like this and take advantage of my parents. My parents are both retired and cannot afford to spend money on an existing issue that should have been properly taken care off on the first or second time it happened. To make this matter even worst, the sales department keeps calling my parents to try and sell them another car. Just shows how inconsiderate, dishonest, greedy and abusive this dealership has become. This is an embarrassment to the Hyundai dealership and also to the head office people at Hyundai Canada More
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS CAR DEALERSHIP!!! Bait and switch professionals... Probably the most dishonest car dealership that I have crossed paths with, and that's saying something. I called in Bait and switch professionals... Probably the most dishonest car dealership that I have crossed paths with, and that's saying something. I called in a few weeks ago looking to inquire about leasing an Accent for my wife, and was connected with a salesman named Francis who told me to consider the Elantra instead because he could lease a 'sport edition' to her for 2 years for ~$250/month... this seemed fair so my wife went in later that afternoon to pursue the offer - sign paperwork etc, which he said he would have ready for her. When she got there the first thing he did was sit her in the car, showed her all the options, kept referring to it as "her car", and gave her a big spiel about how his angle to salesmanship is to focus on relationship through honesty. He then sat her down at her desk and said 'oh by the way Hyundai as of this afternoon is no longer offering leasing'!!!!!! And, that the deal she was offered was impossible. He then started showing her financing options instead... He didn't call her to tell her this before hand, he didn't tell her when she got there, instead he got her excited about the car and then pulled the carpet out from under her. I called and he told me the same thing... saying 'he had egg on his face'. Needless to say she felt cheated, and left. I called around in the next couple of days to inquire about this, and discovered Hyundai hadn't at any point rescinded the option to lease their vehicles. I don't know what Francis' end game was... If he told me a number he knew I would like to get her in the door, or if he gets paid more for financing than leasing... I don't know. Either way it was a very obvious bait and switch, we are disgusted by their behavior and think the rest of the world deserves to know that if you want a pleasant, honest car buying experience than you go to one of the other Hyundai dealerships More
