The third car from this dealership I started with Mississauga Hyundai hoping to leverage the third car purchase for my extended family. A pretty good initial offer, but I made the rounds of the other import dealerships. None were as welcoming as Zahir D.C. and as it turned out few could match his initial offer. Some did, however, so I went back to MH to see what Zahir could do to improve. Well he is the most motivated and least pushy sales guy ever! I hate pushy, kills my interest instantly. Zahir was great, the purchase was smooth and efficient and my new car was terrific! More
Losing patience with this dealer Just called 5 separate times over the last 2.5 hours and can't reach anyone in service..keeps going to voice mail. I previously purchased a used vehicle from this dealership only to realize it needed a wheel balance, when i approached the dealer they said sorry wheel balancing was not part of a safety and it is your problem. Any dealer in their right mind would not sell a used vehicle that has wheel vibrations on the highway, whether it is a safety item or not. Not pleased with dealer, everyone seems overworked and I will be moving my business elsewhere. More
NED CALIJA RUDE, HYUNDAI MISS-STAY AWAY Had a HORRIBLE experience with NED CALIJA - we found a car that we were ready to purchase, and he was EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to talk to, he rambled on an Had a HORRIBLE experience with NED CALIJA - we found a car that we were ready to purchase, and he was EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to talk to, he rambled on and on for a half-hour trying to blame the CUSTOMER for their "high marketing costs and overhead costs" in a very RUDE and CONDESCENDING manner! Why would that even be on the customer to be responsible about business costs?! Those are BUSINESS expenses, and NOT the responsibility of the customer to take on their "marketing and overhead" costs!!! Too bad for them, LOST A SALE and the car sat on their lot for many MONTHS! Now there is your overhead costs! What a terrible attitude this manager gave, talking DOWN to us and very RUDE! Tried to take advantage of us because we are nice friendly people - not cool! Stood up to LEAVE since we were not going to just take this disrespect, and he demanded we sit down, ya right just to listen to more of his complaining about overhead costs and talk to us like piece of ?!? Don't think so! Walked right out of there, DO NOT STEP FOOT INTO THIS RUDE PLACE. Spend your thousands of dollars where they treat with you with even SOME kind of RESPECT!! NED CALIJA, NO MANNERS, RUDE AND NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! More

Yes, the best one I've met! Venkat is very attentive, he is detail oriented, reliable and above all oriented to customer satisfaction. Warranty Issues I had the opportunity to deal with this dealer this past week. Somehow one of the nuts holding a panel under the car came undone causing the panel to I had the opportunity to deal with this dealer this past week. Somehow one of the nuts holding a panel under the car came undone causing the panel to fill with wet snow causing the panel to collapse this was, this wa obviously a manufactures's defect since the car is only a year old and this panel had never been remove. Instead of going to bat for me as the customer they sided with Hyundai telling me that this part would not be covered, It was obvious that this was an assembly issue. In fact the service manager tried to convince me that I had hit something when infact one of the nuts had unscrewed. The fixed operations manager did not even return my calls. This dealer is only trying to get brownie point fron Hyundai Canada not to help customers More

I was explained all the features of the car properly and the sales team did not try to sell the most expensive since car, whereas they gave me friendly advice. Mr. Vikas Monga from Service team gave me great insight into the maintainence cost of different vehicles and guided me towards the correct decision. Sales Manager Mr. Shah Ahmed gave me the best deal and we even received 43" LED TV with the car. The staff was courteous and car was delivers on time.. I will surely recommend everyone to witness the experience first hand and meet the star team. More
