Worst Services - Worst Manager Nightmare for Hyundai Owners I got my Santa Fe serviced on 31st July 2015. Besides oil change I was offered free wash. After the service was done, On close inspection, I noticed t I got my Santa Fe serviced on 31st July 2015. Besides oil change I was offered free wash. After the service was done, On close inspection, I noticed that vehicle got scratches all over the body, including long scratches on the hood. None of the Hyundai people were able to accept their misdeeds. The manger on the duty abused me for fabricating the story. This NAV Bhatia Hyundai is full of crooked people. Instead of doing something good for their loyal Hyundai owners they are damaging their vehicles. This paint job all around the vehicle will costs $$$$ but it tarnished the image of this NAV BHATIA. This service center is liable for suing. More

Also I noticed that the paint was coming off from the car body beside the tires because rust. In the winter I was not able to test the AC and the paint looked fine, with all my frustration I went to the dealer and they mentioned that the guarantee expired a DAY ago so nothing can be done…the sales person mentioned that is normal that the rust shows at any time on this type of cars……really? Never go to that dealer!! More

Thank God one if my friend recommended me to go to Mississauga Hunday and introduced me to Hardeep Singh. It was a completely different experience., he was patient, knowledgeable and most important very honest. His first interest was my interest. Worst Car Buying Experience Ever! Horrible Dealership! I purchased a 2010 Hynudia Santa Fe GL Sport pre - owned certified from this dealer. Worst car purchase I have ever made! Do not Horrible Dealership! I purchased a 2010 Hynudia Santa Fe GL Sport pre - owned certified from this dealer. Worst car purchase I have ever made! Do not buy a car from here!! It will be a nightmare waiting to happen. Upon test drive and look over of the vehicle, I noticed an engine oil leaking from the bottom of the engine. I told the car salesman (Steve) that as part of the purchase agreement I would like the oil leak fixed, he said not a problem at all. The next day he called me saying the car is ready to be picked up and the oil leak is fixed. I came by to inspect the vehicle and seemed like the oil leak was pressure washed away. I asked for a repair work order for the oil leak repair and he gave me one that said a rear valve cover gasket was replaced. All in less than 6 hours it was done and washed to look pretty! Note: in order to change the rear valve cover gasket on this car you have to take the top part of the motor off. takes 6-7 hours. Anyways long story short I had to come back to the dealer numerous times for other problems, clunking noises, tranny hard shifting, no start the list goes on. I spent about 14 hours of my time waiting for my vehicle just to be looked at! The only thing they fixed was the update for the transmission problem. These guys just lie to you and take your hard earned money. Once the sale is finalized and you pay for the car they want nothing to do with you anymore. I payed cash for this car and no bs on my end. Why am I being treated this way?? I had a joke of a warranty on this car 3000km and was not offered an extended warranty upon purchase of the car. Huh? So i drove the car for 8 months and put less than 14000k on it. My wife and my 1 year old son was driving home in -20 weather and noticed the oil light came on. We had to get the car towed home so I could take a look at it. Looked under the car and sure enough engine oil was leaking from the same spot as when I bought the car except this time it was pouring out on the driveway. I took it to a local shop and they told me it a bad leak and to take it back to the dealer. I immediately called Mississauga Hyundia and spoke with Ned the Sales manager. He told me I would have to have it towed at my expense and they would have a look at it. I got a call from them saying it needs a new oil pressure switch. This car has been nothing but problems for me! I payed a good buck for it and my wife and I feel as we have been cheated and lied to. The cost to repair the switch is $370. They refuse to cover the repair. I think after paying $11000 for a used car and driving it for 8 months with nothing but problems, the least Mississauga Hyundia can do is cover the cost to fix it right. The engine oil leak was noted upon purchase of the sale agreement and was clearly not fixed! Do yourself a favour and DO NOT buy a car from these guys. You will regret it! More
