He said he's giving us the boxing day deal in the beginning, and at the end he says there is no boxing deal on this car. "I will throw in remote starter", but then refused again. However, we thanked him at the end, but he just walked away like we were not important enough. I would not go to him or this dealership again. More

Pay a specialty shop to tear down diagnose they'll probably void the warranty even if problen found all 4 tires low 10 psi at shop cpl times noone checked or noticed even though they said tire noise Different techs different explainactions Pretty much call us when the car breaks down I've documented all visits have pictures and videos. I feel like these guys think you're stupid Did you check your tires ? Would you on a brand new car? . I hate this car because of the antics I've encountered from beginning to now 2 months as I write this is hate it more. Streetsville hyundai took my car in explained concerns they hear the noise don't know exactly asked me to wait for first oil change They didn't solve issue but did treat me with respect and honesty I can appreciate that so thank you streetsville hyundai But shame on you mississauga hyundai Shame on you. I hate to say it but avoid this dealership And if you can spend the extra little get another manufacturer because it will cost less overall in my opinion if I knew I could swear hear I would but I want people to know once you sign for the car eat poop. A pretty good initial offer, but I made the rounds of the other import dealerships. None were as welcoming as Zahir D.C. and as it turned out few could match his initial offer. Some did, however, so I went back to MH to see what Zahir could do to improve. Well he is the most motivated and least pushy sales guy ever! I hate pushy, kills my interest instantly. Zahir was great, the purchase was smooth and efficient and my new car was terrific! More

I previously purchased a used vehicle from this dealership only to realize it needed a wheel balance, when i approached the dealer they said sorry wheel balancing was not part of a safety and it is your problem. Any dealer in their right mind would not sell a used vehicle that has wheel vibrations on the highway, whether it is a safety item or not. Not pleased with dealer, everyone seems overworked and I will be moving my business elsewhere. More
NED CALIJA RUDE, HYUNDAI MISS-STAY AWAY Had a HORRIBLE experience with NED CALIJA - we found a car that we were ready to purchase, and he was EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to talk to, he rambled on an Had a HORRIBLE experience with NED CALIJA - we found a car that we were ready to purchase, and he was EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to talk to, he rambled on and on for a half-hour trying to blame the CUSTOMER for their "high marketing costs and overhead costs" in a very RUDE and CONDESCENDING manner! Why would that even be on the customer to be responsible about business costs?! Those are BUSINESS expenses, and NOT the responsibility of the customer to take on their "marketing and overhead" costs!!! Too bad for them, LOST A SALE and the car sat on their lot for many MONTHS! Now there is your overhead costs! What a terrible attitude this manager gave, talking DOWN to us and very RUDE! Tried to take advantage of us because we are nice friendly people - not cool! Stood up to LEAVE since we were not going to just take this disrespect, and he demanded we sit down, ya right just to listen to more of his complaining about overhead costs and talk to us like piece of ?!? Don't think so! Walked right out of there, DO NOT STEP FOOT INTO THIS RUDE PLACE. Spend your thousands of dollars where they treat with you with even SOME kind of RESPECT!! NED CALIJA, NO MANNERS, RUDE AND NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! More
