worst experience ever I bought a used 2015 Genesis from the Glen Erin dealership, worst experience ever buying a car. It was advertised as a GT and I asked during the sales I bought a used 2015 Genesis from the Glen Erin dealership, worst experience ever buying a car. It was advertised as a GT and I asked during the sales process if it was a GT and I was told they would find out and then didn't. The night I picked it up I asked again, after it was paid and I had the keys and was told it was not a GT as advertised but a Premium. There is a $2000.00 price difference between the GT and Premium models, the Premium being cheeper. I was told that they would try and do something but I would have to wait for the manager to call tomorrow. When the used car manager called me the next day he aggressively yelled at me and told me I schemed this up, it was a grammatical error and they would not compromise on the price. He also told me if I was bringing back the car I better do it fast because he didn't want me driving it around. That night I went in and talked to the product specialist manager and he said the same thing. It was a grammatical error. He said he would make me happy and gave me a water bottle, hat, wipes and 5 oil changes. I gave them back the car. This was the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. When my husband asked how could they have certified a car that had bald tires the product specialist manager said that's not his problem because that's not his department. They also told me that it wasn't a problem getting the car back because they had another buyer already. It's been a week and it's still advertised for sale and was on the lot when I went to pick up my refund. I have bought Hyundais before and love them but I will never go back to this dealership! More

Very disrespectful of customer's time I have had a very dissatisfying experience with Mississauga Hyundai dealership (located on Glen Erin Drive) regarding replacement of my passenger sid I have had a very dissatisfying experience with Mississauga Hyundai dealership (located on Glen Erin Drive) regarding replacement of my passenger side mirror t on September 15, 2018. The part has been ordered and the appointment to install it was scheduled for next Saturday (i,e. one day after the part would be ready to install, as recommended by the parts technician and the service adviser). I brought my car for service on the scheduled day - only to find out that not only the part has not been painted - it had not even been received. While I understand that the delay would not necessarily be the dealership's fault, I was extremely disappointed that the service adviser has failed to call me and advise of the same. Very disrespectful of my time. I am giving it one star for poor customer service. More
