I have bought two within 6 months from this showroom, I have had a lot of patience so far. I have also referred a friend who recently bought the car. Really disappointed with the sales team as well as serv have had a lot of patience so far. I have also referred a friend who recently bought the car. I was promised first service free, I did not get it, I was promised the winter tires are included and it has been mentioned in my agreement but the service team denies it. The showroom lacks coordination between sales team and service team. I did not want the extended warranty in my car, they added it and promised to cancel the same, after three months I found out it was still not cancelled! Every showroom, no matter which brand, you get the first oil change free with the new car. I did not get anything! Just the loot. My sales person didn’t even care once his sale was done. My friend was promised that he will get his car in 6 weeks maximum, still not here. Moreover, no contact from the sale person so far! The frustration is above its maximum reach! and they still have the audacity to call you and ask to rate them best. If you do your work properly, you could earn the best survey rating. More
