My husband and I were looking for our first family SUV and we were at this dealership to consider the 2022 Hyundai Tucson. I just want to point out the poor service from the used car department I had my and we were at this dealership to consider the 2022 Hyundai Tucson. I just want to point out the poor service from the used car department I had my 2027 Kia Forte that is in very good condition assessed for a trade in value. We did advise them how much we were looking to get for our vehicle due to the work that we have put into it and the trim level it was. After our car was assessed. A car fax was pulled. I disclosed all claims to them before hand and advise there was about $3600 in claims. After the report was pulled the used car sales was coming back telling me at there is 15,000 of claims on my car. He showed me the car fax and k clearly pointed out and explained to him here are the actual claims. And the other amounts showing we estimates completed by different shops and those were jot claims Clearly these people don’t know how to Read a car fax , I was more knowledgeable then they were I told them to call car fax and clarify. They advised they don’t do that. They threw back a ridiculous offer of $7000 We were very offended and insulted by the behaviour of these sales men. They were trying to take advantage of me and not really there to want to help us and value is as new clients We have since the gone to maple Nissan in Vaughan where the service was amazing. They valued my car. Saw the claims that I disclosed and advised that they understood anything else showing are just estimates. I was therefore offered $14600 for my vehicle. And a nice down payment towards my brand new 2022 Nissan Rogue We are very happy that we did not continue service with this dealership. We decided to hake our business else where. And continue our service in the GTA even tho we are actually from Niagara Region Don’t stand for this kind of behaviour and treatment from dealerships. When I was at Hyundai I really saw that they were in It for the money and it was not about me as a customer. Always know that you can always go to another dealership where the service will be better and you won’t be mistreated like this I will never ever recommend this dealership. And they have now lost our business More

I had the opportunity to work with Asher and Kenny in purchasing my 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe. Although the experience wasn't what I initially wanted, Kenny worked diligently to make things right and get my purchasing my 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe. I purchased Elantra recently. I had put less than 10k kilometres on the car when I noticed a shuddering when I would brake. I took it to my own mechanic to check them, and they to I had put less than 10k kilometres on the car when I noticed a shuddering when I would brake. I took it to my own mechanic to check them, and they told me that the dealership seems to have changed the brake pads, but not the rotors. I’m super frustrated because when I purchased the vehicle, I specifically asked that the brakes be done. My salesperson assured me that ‘everything has been done!’ I asked for a printed record of what was done, and was told that was ‘too complicated’ to access/print, but was assured again that everything had been take care of. This was obviously a lie. The pads being done I guess helps it pass the safety, but according to my mechanic, the ‘right’ thing to do when selling a car is to change pads and rotors Furthermore, when I bought the car I was given a $100 Visa card in lieu of a gas card. When I went to use the card, it was empty. I logged in to website they gave me, and it appears to never have had any money on it at all. I reached out to my salesperson about this but never received a reply. Again, so disappointing. This was my first time purchasing my own vehicle, and it’s truly been nothing but frustrating since the sale was done. My salesperson at the time was nice enough, but I did feel a bit rushed and dismissed in regards to my questions about the work that had been done to the car. Even the free oil changes are hardly worth it because they take well over 3 hours and i have to pay $300 extra... so crazy More
