Don't trust this fealership to service your car. 9 months ago they charged me for OEM rear rotors and installation. 4 months later charged for after market rear callipers. 3 months after that, ther 9 months ago they charged me for OEM rear rotors and installation. 4 months later charged for after market rear callipers. 3 months after that, there is another statement: REPLACE REAR BREAK PADS, ROTORS AND CALLIPERS (Seized). Again??? I agree with other people who provided reviews below: they most likely charge you for the parts and service, but do not do the job. Or, charge you for used discarded parts from other cars? Who knows. They lie a lot. I contacted their Service Manager Wasm Mughal; he is useless, told me that the After Market callipers damaged my 9 month-old OEM rotors. Nothing is covered. Offered rediculously little discount on a coule of things. He basically, covers up the scam. I asked for Nav Bhatia contact info, maybe the Boss has to know what kind of business is going on in his company. Not given. Save your time and money by servicing your car somewhere else. More
It is always a pleasure dealing with Pamela Smith in the service department. She is honest, courteous, and always goes out of her way for EVERY customer to ensure they have a pleasant experience. While purchasing the vehicle was fairly easy and straight forward, trying to get this dealership to up hold their of the contract was a struggle. I purchased a new 2020 Hyundai Elantra and at the time of pur forward, trying to get this dealership to up hold their of the contract was a struggle. I purchased a new 2020 Hyundai Elantra and at the time of purchase, there was a scuff mark above the license plate. As part of the sales contract this dealership said they would get the mark fixed and was told that the sales rep that I dealt with at the time of purchase would contact me once the body shop guy was available. I waited a year and a half without any response from this dealership before I reached out to Stephen Wilson who was the sales rep that I bought the car from. My boyfriend is more versed in the car market than myself and spoke to Stephen on my behalf about the issue. During their phone calls Stephen Wilson was rude, argumentative and had a carless attitude as though this was not his problem. He treated my issue as though it was not important and since he was not getting any money out of the deal it wasn't worth his time. After our final conversation with Stephen Wilson he passed the issue onto Kenny his sale manager as he indicated that he didn't want to deal with this issue anymore and that Kenny would assist. That same day, I received a phone call from Kenny who listened to my concerns and apologized for Stephen Wilson's behavior. He was very understanding and made the process super easy after I explained what I wanted. He booked the appointment at the body shop and provided me with a loaner car free of charge. My car was fixed within less than 48 hours just like Kenny promised. While I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for car I would not recommend that anyone deal with Stephen Wilson as its clear that all he cares about is the money and won't up hold his end of the bargain. If you want to deal with someone who is well versed in customer service and will provide you with results, I would definitely recommend you speak with Kenny. More
Do not deal with this dealership, if I could go back I would not have given them a dime of my money. Left a VM for every manager at this dealership and not one call back. My sales person being Abdullah Alnakash helped me immensely in acquiring the very to deal with and provide an excellent customer service experience. While managers like Kenny Duong and Waseem Bari worked extremely hard in giving me everything that I required with the vehicle. The sales managers are the best in industry and hats off to Kenny and Waseem for really holding up to their word and giving me the vehicle that I truly desired. Buying will be nice. When you go to service the car. Pathetic it took 45 minutes just to check in and 24 hours just to check the breaks and fix it. No shuttle service.
