My friend recommended Nissan McPhillips and, in particular, Ms. Evelyn Lucas, as being one of the best dealerships and car salesperson, respectively. So I went there empty-handed but came back home with a new Nissan Rogue SV. My car buying experience felt like I was just buying a candy because of how knowledgeable and helpful Ms. Evelyn was all throughout the transaction. She was a consummate professional when it comes to making sure I've got the best deal for my money. She asked me what I was looking for in a car and she explained everything I needed to know to help me with my decision. I never felt compelled to go for a higher trim if I don't need the technology that goes with it just so she could get her commission. She gained my trust and respect for that. I would recommend Nissan McPhillips and Evelyn Lucas to anyone I come across. More

Worst experience I had gotten a call from the dealership saying they wanted to buy my car. Went in to get it appraised and ended up turning down their offer. I went t I had gotten a call from the dealership saying they wanted to buy my car. Went in to get it appraised and ended up turning down their offer. I went to shop else where and ended up trading in my 2016 Rogue for another brand altogether. Got the run around when I asked for my buyout amount to be emailed to me. Shane was never there or busy when I called. Final received it a week later from the dearership. Then it was another game of the run around getting the bill of sale for the rogue. Very unhappy with the amount of time it took to process my lease buyout and that attitude that came with this whole process. I Will never go back to this dealership ever again nor will I ever recommend it! More

Positive experience I was driving my Nissan Juke and an indicator came on to check my tire pressure. I was in the area and drove to McPhillips Nissan. Faith Steliga is the service representative who looked after me. She immediately checked the air on all the tires and noticed a screw had partiiembedded into a tire. She advised it could be fixed and would cost $29.00 to fix the tire. All the technicians were at lunch, but she said it would be looked at as soon as lunch was done. The waiting room had free WiFi, coffee, juice, etc. Faith came to tell me car was ready- turned out the screw was removed- but no damage, and all the tires had air put in to bring them to the correct level. And no charge! They could have told me anything- so I really appreciated this and was impressed. Faith was very courteous and professional throughout the process and kept me advised. I would not hesitate to return. More

The others wanted me to come down before giving price or provided pricing that was more than on Nissan website. I dont have time for the others garbage sales tactics and i very much appreciated the to the point no bull the staff at McPhillips Nissan provided me. Additional note When i had to bring my 3 young children to the dealership to finalize the deal the other salesmen entertained them allowing me to pay attention to the large purchase i was making.
