I did interact briefly with the senior management and the delightful receptionist - I'm ashamed to say I've forgotten their names. Shane Harold is so rude and terribly unpleasant and unprofessional in his service to a first time customer. I was given an appointment to view a car, I got there for the appointment and was told the ca unprofessional in his service to a first time customer. I was given an appointment to view a car, I got there for the appointment and was told the car had been sold 15-30 minutes before, I enquired as to why I wasn’t called to cancel the appointment so I don’t have to drive for 20 minutes on the highway to their branch and Shane Harold said that their business is only to sell cars and he asked me get out!
