Still waiting a week later for a tire covered under warranty. Never provided updates, good luck calling and actually getting someone on the phone. Yes there is a "spare", not it's not acceptable when you live outside the city and all driving is highway driving. This is the worst I've ever been treated. Sure great sales staff but once you're a customer you are no longer of value. More
