Lawrence Koo is indeed as asset to your Dealership. he was my service advisor for about 16 years - alter trying out several. I feel I speak for many who have dealt with him and have not taken the opportunity to say so. He is never too busy to listen to you and will always willing to go the extra mile to ensure you are satisfied. What is the most important to me is not only purchasing a vehicle - that is easy part- but the most important things are being treated with respect and the Service provided afterward. Extremely Disappointed Weakest service I have ever recieved. I should have know from the start. Being my first visit, My information was gathered, and svaed on file totally Weakest service I have ever recieved. I should have know from the start. Being my first visit, My information was gathered, and svaed on file totally wrong. At shop, i explained what was to be done. Oil change + a tire repair+re-install. Upon pickup of my car. I noticed the tire was not re-installed, Ok. I checked the tire in the trunk, and it had 10 psi. I told advisor, who apolgized and had mechanic correct. Mech installed tire, and returned vehicle to me. Ibrove off to the gas station across the road, and noticed the tire was VERY Soft. Once again i returned to the mech, suspecting the repair was a failure. Leak test soap and water showed no leaks. Mech apologized for not fully filling the tire. Monitoring now. No sticker on windshield to remind of next service. Had to write it down myself. More

Airbag Recall Service was quite good. Two criticisms centre around the booking of the appointment. Despite spelling my name, address and phone number over the pho Service was quite good. Two criticisms centre around the booking of the appointment. Despite spelling my name, address and phone number over the phone I noticed there were a number of corrections required when I received my automated email that contained my scheduled appointment info had my phone number completely wrong, address incorrect even my last name spelled wrong. I went to the hassle of creating an account, changing the password, and making corrections, but that took a lot of time I should have had to spend. The other thing was I was told it would take 6 hours to change the two airbags. Okay, that's understandable, I have no idea how long something like that would take. So, if I needed the car ready for mid afternoon I came to the conclusion I'd have to drive it there the night before. So, my wife and I did that and it took about 40 mins to do so. But, the next morning, I get a call at 9:30am that it was all done. If it could have been done that quickly I would have dropped it off on my way downtown in the morning at 9am and picked it up when I returned midafternoon. Neither of these things are the end of the world... But, if you are looking for a 5-star rating, there is where you can improve. More
