EXCELLENT SERVICE I recently went to Markham Honda to get my car serviced. My service advisor was Mr. Syed Abidi. He was very helpful in booking my appointment and in getting my care serviced promptly. He also advised me on another issue with my car and was able to get it fixed quickly and accurately. Great service and Mr. Abidi's friendly is what keeps me coming back. More

DANGEROUSLY NEGLIGENT DO NOT EVER GO HERE FOR SERVICE. I got my summer tires changed for winters. Less than 800 km after they swapped them, handling got dramatically worse. DO NOT EVER GO HERE FOR SERVICE. I got my summer tires changed for winters. Less than 800 km after they swapped them, handling got dramatically worse. I went to another garage that found a tire had worn right through the rubber all the way to the steel belt and some of the steel thread had already torn. This garage told me if I went any further on these tires I probably would have lost control of the car or the tire would explode. They were shocked Honda didn't say anything. The inside edge, the side you can't normally see, was completely worn down. It was so obvious to see with the wheels off the car. Markham Honda obviously does not actually inspect anything they're supposed to. I showed them, including the manager, what happened and they refuse to accept any responsibility and deny they missed anything. There's no accountability and they won't learn from their mistakes. They don't care and don't let you know if there are any serious issues with your car. We're not experts on tires or brakes or any other critical system and we can't see many parts that they can see. It's their job to ensure your car is working correctly and safely. They are not doing their jobs. DO NOT TRUST MARKHAM HONDA. More

When I was called to inform me my car was ready I asked the lady if she can send a shuttle she said yes I was waiting for 1 hour she told me 20 min. When I got there I was told the price of the work that was done but she could not explain what was done had to wait another 15-20 min for me Mechanic to explain and his explanation was not up to par I'm thinking about going to another Honda dealer even if it is further u guys act ghetto non professional at all More
Convenient location. Tells you what you want to hear. Location is great, just by go-train station. The ABS actuator has a squawking noise since new which sounded like a solenoid inside. I'm not going to say that is what it is, but Lawrence told me it is because the rear pads are now 3mm and needs rotors machined and new pads. Now, I understand the need to tell a good story to get customers to do maintenance service and dealerships exists as a business to make money. But I think many customers can pick up on when a statement is not completely truthful. The last time I was there, Lawrence sold me an alignment. The vehicle drove fine, no tire wear issues, but he told me how it should be done as a regular check item. He even printed out the service history to show me that it has never been done in order to convince me it was necessary, now that was care for the customer. Except when I picked up the vehicle, the only record was the $ amount I had to pay. i would appreciate a before/after alignment print out. Not that I doubt they didn't do the work. But imagine going to the cashier paying $100, and the repair order just shows it was done with nothing else to show for it. How would you feel? I went home had a great dream about the perfect camber and toe angle, with the four tires happily rolling down kennedy rd. I looked to the car next to me, and the michelin man was giving me a big smile and thumbs up......... More
