Spoke to salesman for nearly an hour to iron out the details for a car, after shaking on the agreement, I was told the car was sold. Why was I not made aware the car was being looked at by someone else? The manager said someone else was willing to pay full price. 2. Offered another car (more km and body damage) but manager was not willing to accept previous commitments. Had to call Honda Canada to get that sorted out. 3. The salesman constantly blamed me for misinterpreting information, even though everything was written on paper. He also tried to charge me $100 for licencing fee when the ministry website clearly states $32 charge. He tried to cover his over charge by saying different cars have different rates. 4. Installed the wrong tires on my car. Asked me to come back to get them installed and no appointment had been made for when I returned. Had to take shuttle bus because my car was required to be there hours longer than I was told. (According to the salesman an appointment wasn't made because "it was a customer issue") 5. I left my receipt at home and the salesman was giving me an extremely hard time to get my touchup pen, which was clearly written in the agreement. Apparently the agreements are sent to head office so it is not possible to find out what was agreed upon. Total b.s. If you ask me. Honestly, I would tell every single person that asked me to stay far away from this dealership. The culture here is all about the money. Customer service is evidently not important. More

Worst customer service, very rude, unprofessional sale reps AVOID THIS PLACE FOR ANY COST! Worst customer service, very rude, and unprofessional sale representatives! I bought a civic from here two weeks ago AVOID THIS PLACE FOR ANY COST! Worst customer service, very rude, and unprofessional sale representatives! I bought a civic from here two weeks ago. At first we were introduced to a condescending and unprofessional sale representative, named Parwiz Guhar. When we first sat down, he asked for our credit card and driving licence. After asking us what car we want to purchase, he just read off the prices from his screen ( no explanation given on different trims or features)! Then he walked away and took off the deposit without us knowing. We were ok with it at the time, as we were going to get the car anyways. However, he did not ask us if we were certain, he just processed the sale without our consent. We asked him if he could print us the bill so we could see the price break down. He told us, you are buying car from Honda not off the street! Very condescending and demeaning behavior! We are paying over 35k and you want us to go into blindly?? After insisting, he said ok but the financial adviser came and we did not see the bill! When we went to see the financial adviser, he introduced the health and injury insurance in away that it was mandatory to have. He told us there is these three options, you should get the middle one. He sold us 7 year warranty and rust proofing. We went home and researched about the extended warranty and figured we do not need it. So we called 10 am in the morning to cancel those from our purchase. The financial adviser ( Danesh) refused to cancel, saying that rust proof is already done. We purchased the car at 9 pm, the rust proof was done 10 am????? We were not even approved for the loan yet, how could you just apply the rust proofing prior to the approval??? After being rolled between multiple people, the sale manager agreed to cancel the warranty and keep the rust proofing. To avoid further drama and headache, we agreed. On the day of pick up, another sale rep was assigned to us ( after having horrible experience with Gohar Parwiz). He was also very condescending, he was just wanted us to sing the papers and leave. I understand that he did not get commissioned for the sale, but you are still a sale rep and it is your job. Even if you are not interested to help, at least act like one! You are representing Honda, I bought the car from Honda not Parwiz Gohar. I do not care if you get paid or not, I have paid over 35k and I expect customer service from Honda. This is really embarrassing for Honda for such a low class customer service. It took us numerous calls and emails to get our deposit refund after one week of purchase. We were rolled between different people and phone numbers. Non of the sale reps or sale managers were available every time we called. When we went for purchase, they were all sitting and talking, how come all of the sudden all of them became out of reach? The moment these people have your money, that is the end of customer service!!! We were told the user manual is in the car, we trusted them. It is two weeks now and no one in this Honda can tell us how can we get one. Our assigned sale reps messaged us that he does not get paid for helping us ?!! Where did our 35K go then ?????? TO HONDA ???? After dealing with Markahm Honda, I regret purchasing Honda. This location is such as shame for Honda! More

Dissapointed in wait time with Appointment I purchased winter tires and rims from Markham Honda and parts told me they would build it before the appointment and would then just install them whe I purchased winter tires and rims from Markham Honda and parts told me they would build it before the appointment and would then just install them when I book the appointment. I booked the appointment for 12 pm and waited 2 hrs as they said it would be about the wait time to install. When I went to enquire the service rep told me then that they did not pre-build it, no storage room to store so now I wonder how many other vehicles are like this therefore the wait time to install would be much longer for everyone! He did not provide an ETA. I decided to take a shuttle back to work. No call back and at 5 pm so I called to get a shuttle pickup. The service rep said the shuttle driver will call me to tell me ETA. Lucky for me coworker dropped me off and I arrived 30 minutes later and I still did not receive a call from the shuttle driver! The service rep was the issue not informing me of anything on timing, ETA, and not communicating to get me the shuttle. Over 5 hours for a job that should take 90 minutes tops like the previous reviewer and why have an appointment system if it's not used? Did cars with appointments after 12 pm get finished at 6 pm or were they put in front of mine? They comp me a oil change for next time but I am hesitant to spend any money here if the service was this bad. The worst part was I was referred to Markham Honda service by a friend. More
