I was pretty particular with a few things and they rose to the occasion. Marko kept me in the loop the entire time, and was very informative and accessible. Right before the truck was ready to be picked up they noticed an issue with a sensor, and shipping the part in would push the delivery date of the truck back significantly. Rather than delaying, or forcing me to make the 1 hour drive back to Guelph once the part was in, they are arranging to have it shipped to my local GM dealership where they will pay to have it installed there. This will save me a lot of hassle, and I am grateful they went the extra mile (no pun intended) on this deal. Good job!! More

There was little need for negotiations when everything we asked for was, for the most part, agreed to. Financing was a breeze with Shari and the go ahead confirmation was on our home voicemail when we walked in the door. We definitely feel this was a great place to buy our car from.
