Had a fantastic experience! Found a truck I liked on their website and took a drive down to have a look at it in person. I was very happy with the service I received here. It begins with their webpage that includes Carfax reports for all their cars, so you know right away what the history of the vehicle is. After I found a SUV I liked, I called Wilson's ahead of time and spoke to Rod. I asked Rod some specific questions about the condition of the vehicle. Rod took a look and called me back with a very honest report. That evening I drove out to Guelph, which is about 1 hour from my home. When I arrived, the vehicle was in front and I was able to go for a test drive. Vehicle was great, so I placed a down payment subject to an inspection at an independent dealer. I was able to take the vehicle to the inspection and Wilson's took care of the couple minor items found. In fact, when Wilson's did their own inspection and pre-delivery work, they changed the brakes and battery, even though they were good enough to pass safety (barely). Great service. I will certainly be back and I recommend Wilson's to anyone. More

My daughter who is 17 needed a car for University and wanted an SUV as she was driving the family SUV cars. We started out early Saturday morning and went to the Guelph Auto Mall thinking we would find o wanted an SUV as she was driving the family SUV cars. We started out early Saturday morning and went to the Guelph Auto Mall thinking we would find one. After 6hrs we were disappointed after finding out that the deals had a fine print and made it more expensive then we wanted. I then remembered Wilsons on York Road and I was so glad we went. Conrad our great salesrep. greeted us and asked if he could help. I explained looking for SUV no more then 100KM on the clock about $150.00 bi weekly. Within minutes of talking to my daughter to get a better idea he found 2 SUVs Santa Fe and Jeep. Under no pressure he asked her to try them out and see if she liked them. She decided on the Santa Fe he then explained the procedure to finance the purchase and showed us the CARFAX report to show no accidents on the vehicle. We went to the finance office and was impressed again when they explained everything and even how we can pay the finance of early. We then went back to see the SUV again and the gentleman who was taking the SUV to the sold area told my daughter we will take car of it. They certified the SUV and on pick up it was beautiful. Again Conrad greeted us and made it easy to pick up. As a mother my concern was to make sure that I got a car that was safe and she was completely happy. She has now had it 6 weeks and loves it.
