Fine Service Brian was certainly the best salesperson I met during my two month search for a new vehicle. He knew a lot about the Outback and he avoided the high p Brian was certainly the best salesperson I met during my two month search for a new vehicle. He knew a lot about the Outback and he avoided the high pressure sales tactics and outright misrepresentations that I experienced at other dealerships. He was friendly and easy to deal with. The only problem I experienced was actually getting the V6 Outback in the time frame I wanted and in the colour I preferred. This was not the fault of Brian or of the dealership; Subaru's cars are popular, and there appears to be a shortage of them in Canada. Why Subaru does not produce more cars for the Canadian market is to me a real mystery! I had to wait a month for my chosen car, and had to accept one that was a different colour than the one I selected or else I would have to wait a still longer time. The dealership did provide a free rental of a car during the month so I was not too inconvenienced. All in all, this was a good experience for me, and I am satisfied with the Outback. More

The Subaru Forrester is an awesome vehicle but one of the major deciding factors to buy the Forrester was the excellent customer service provide by Brain. He was very informative and helpful, answered all of our questions, allowed us to test drive the vehicle a few times and he never made us feel pressured to buy before we made our final decision. We felt the whole experience was excellent and since taking the car home about a week ago we have already started referring friends directly to Brian. Thanks again Brian...job well done! More
