Pedro, my sales consultant, was informative and took the time to help me decide on the model and options that would best suit my lifestyle. Pedro thoroughly addressed all my questions, and provided instruction and insight on the operation of the Forester's features and technology. I had an excellent test drive with Pedro. It was pouring rain at the time and, before I took the wheel of the SUV, Pedro demonstrated the Forester’s outstanding stability, cornering, and performance on the slick wet roads - moves that I might not have done since I had never driven a Forester before. Reaching an agreement on purchase price could not have been any easier, and I was happy with the outcome. Pedro and Mark (the sales manager) were able to locate and deliver the vehicle of my choice within a week. Nael, the financial manager, spent considerable time with me to ensure that I had answers to my many questions, particularly in regard to vehicle leasing which was new to me. I also appreciated Nael’s willingness, without hesitation, to make a change that I requested to the lease duration (shortly after I signed the offer and before delivery). This is my first Subaru. Based on how well I was served by this first-class sales team, I feel I am off to a good start with Marino’s and can highly recommend a visit to this dealership if a Subaru is under consideration. Poor knowledge and attitude of service people. I leased my vehicle from this dealership. All maintenance of the car was done by Marino's service center. During the 3 years of car service, for 5 out I leased my vehicle from this dealership. All maintenance of the car was done by Marino's service center. During the 3 years of car service, for 5 out of the 6 oil changes they put the WRONG oil in my car. After I pointed this out to service manager, Salim Alladina, he denied any error and said it was a typo. A typo mistake that resulted in only one correct oil change during 3 years? I am not buying that. Furthermore, during our conversation the service manager was not cooperative, he did not share my concern about the vehicle and whether the incorrect oil could have resulted in damage to the car. At one point he almost shouted at me. In my opinion that is not a right way to treat customers. So, don't be fooled by the politeness of the sales team, they are great no doubt about that. But it is you who brings them YOUR money, they have no reason to treat you in a rude manner. More
