A very satisfied first service with BMW I got an on call for a bug to fix, so, the first thing I would like to know its severity and urgency for the issue. During the appointment for the on call service, I got the proper answers I need. On the day to check in, I was also told that I actually need to do two on call services, so, one visit to do two services. Sheena, the services representative, is very polite, knowledgeable about the car and the services procedure/policy, and very professional to deal with her customers. I also got two rides between my home and the dealership, and the driver is doing a great job as well. In a summary, it is proving that I made a right decision to lease the vehicle from BMW in the first place and I am getting a very satisfied services as well. More

Purchased a used X5 car didn’t meet safety standards when checked by 3rd party auto mechanic. Requested to switch vehicle by paying more. Got into 428i 2016 but transmission is jerky. Once you apply brakes c checked by 3rd party auto mechanic. Requested to switch vehicle by paying more. Got into 428i 2016 but transmission is jerky. Once you apply brakes car sometimes doesn’t come to complete stop almost hit a pedestrian. I will never buy a used BMW again don’t waste your money or time. More
