I also worked with Christine Lee and James, who were helping me with the credit application. Both are very professional and helpful, they went above and beyond to help me get the credit. I am very happy with my car and the service I received at Mini Vaughan West dealership. I would highly recommend them! More
Trusted & Friendly Although I didn't buy my Mini Cooper with the Vaughan dealership I wish I had. I did my first test drive at Vaughan but they didn't have the used mode Although I didn't buy my Mini Cooper with the Vaughan dealership I wish I had. I did my first test drive at Vaughan but they didn't have the used model I wanted so I perchanced my car at Mini Downtown. Mini downtown did not service my car appropriately forcing me to bring it back the same week. They also did not give me a decent explanation of the car. It felt as though they didn't care once I bought the car. I ended up bringing my car to the Vaughan dealership and it was a breath of fresh air. The staff are noticeably more genuine. John (in service) in particular took the time to go through the car and explained how to take care of it more thoroughly than I had experienced at the other dealership. Keep in mind he was in no way making a sale or benefiting from this in any way. I left the dealership feeling more at ease about my new car rather than stressed out after such a negative experience with Downtown mini. If you're going to buy a mini I would recommend going to the Vaughan dealership. More
Shuttle Service sucks! wouldn't Recommend Just had my Car serviced here a couple days ago i called in Advance and told them i need a shuttle for work, they told me the shuttle comes every 15 m Just had my Car serviced here a couple days ago i called in Advance and told them i need a shuttle for work, they told me the shuttle comes every 15 minutes. after i brought my vehicle in i was told the shuttle doesn't come every 15 minute but 45 minutes. i asked why was i promised every 15. the adviser said he doesn't know. and told me i could rent a car for 30$ a day or gave me a taxi number. i called a taxi.. i felt like this could of been avoided but wasn't.. i lost an hour from work that day. i don't recommend this place tbh.. More

And the guy at the front desk was so mono tone and didn’t seem to care about your problem just to put you aside to help the other angry customers, they don’t listen to you and cause more of a headache then solutions, this place is a joke. I’m pretty sure they are writing their OWN REVIEWS. These ratings are a joke! this place sucks, if you want to get treated like dirt this is the place to be More
BREAK JOB PAID IN ADVANCE, NEVER DONE A MUST READ!! In August I realized a service light for my 2015 Mini came on. It gave a brief description in the vehicle stating “rear brakes need t A MUST READ!! In August I realized a service light for my 2015 Mini came on. It gave a brief description in the vehicle stating “rear brakes need to be replaced”. I booked a Service date for August 16th at 8:30am at MINI Vaughan west 55 Auto Park Circle which is also Owned by BMW also located at 55 auto park circle. I went in and spoke to the gentleman behind the desk by the name of (we will refer to him as AF). Who pulled up my vehicle information and informed me my vehicle needed a rear break change, which should take roughly about one hour or so. He quoted me about $500 which I obliged. After waiting around for an hour or so I was presented my keys for my vehicle. I was told the rear brakes had been replaced BUT a rear caliber is leaking (covered under warranty) he suggested I come in tomorrow to get it replaced but not to worry. I agreed. When I was handed the bill ($600) later, I went over it with AF to briefly see what was done on the vehicle. Again I asked “so the rear brakes are changed” to which he stated with open arms BRAND NEW*. After paying the bill for the TIME and LABOUR and PARTS. That were put into the vehicle. I made my way to my car. After starting my vehicle I noticed the service light was still on and indicating I needed a break change. To which I found odd, I went back inside to talk to AF I told him the service light is still on in the vehicle and asked how come. To which he said, one seconded. And went to the back (to talk to the mechanic) and came back. He stated to me. “your service light is still on due to the caliber that needs to be replaced tomorrow’. AGAIN I asked. But the breaks were changed. To which he said I quote “ brand new”. I had a gut feeling something wasn’t right. I went to my vehicle to check for myself to see if it had been changed. I got down put my hands in the wheel and then went to the other side and had a look, To which it didn’t look like it to me. For a second opinion unsure of what the dealership would say, I drove home and asked my father if he could have a look at my rear brakes and give me his opinion. He told me to drive right back because they are rusted and grooved in and couldn’t have been changed. I drove back with the receipt in hand for the break job I paid for and asked, AF again (4 times now). My breaks are new correct. To which he stated they were. Then I told him with my own hands covered in dirt from looking myself. That they are rusted and worn. And have not been. And demanded answers. He said ‘well hold on’ and made his way with me to my vehicle to have a look after having a look at them himself. He turned to me and said you are right. Your Rotors have not been changed. To which I replied “do I now have to take my tires off too, to make sure the rest was changed. He stated to me no and that they must have not been changed. Then I asked why did I pay for a break job that was never done. To which AF stated to me. They were going to (do it all tomorrow) when they change the caliber. Which I replied why did you have me sitting here for an hour waiting for my vehicle if nothing was done, why did I pay for a break job for LABOR and parts and TIME if nothing was completed. To which he didn’t have a reply. I demanded my money back, I felt betrayed and foolish and taken advantage of. After giving me my reimbursement. I left and called BMW Canada and wanted to speak with someone in person about this experience I had. To which I was only allowed to file a complaint so I did. I told my story, of what happened… of how I felt. Please check the work.. if you can watch them do it I highly suggest it. I recommend another dealership honestly this is scary!! this happens.. attached to this review is the bill I paid in ADVANCE apparently. And no apology or proper communication to the customer. Don’t let their comments back on the bad reviews fool you... I’m sure they are not resolved. and this was my FIRST TIME there being serviced (also bought) the car there. However, 3 month after we still didn't get response from anyone no matter how hard we pushed and complained. Worst customer sale experience ever!! More

I have known Chris for a few years now and his service is exceptional. You can really tell that Chris is there to help you and put you in the vehicle that is best for you. It is very refreshing. More

Traded in my Mini, will miss the car but not this 'service' Hard to make appointments at times, lack of quality care I'm accustomed to with Honda, very expensive car to fix! As another reviewer pointed out, lots is smiles and slick talk but the bill needs to be carefully checked, no deals to be had here, even when they say they will try to 'help you out a little'. I never felt confident that what I was hearing was honest and truthful, or just words to get me to pay and go away. For example, when the check engine light was displaying, even after I brought it in, and I was to,d not to worry about it. What's it there for then, I wonder, if not to alert me of an issue? No courtesy car ever provided so I had to drag a friend along every time to get a ride home. I can say I never looked forward to my visits and started taking elsewhere for winter tire changes... Better quicker and cheaper at Honda. So now, sad to have traded in the Mini, hoping Jeep offers better service - will miss the car but not this service Dept at Mini Vaughan West. More
