Terrible Service - Damaged my vehicle with no accountability I brought my vehicle in for oil change at this dealership. Service staff were polite and nice but I'm so appalled by the service on my vehicle. Came i I brought my vehicle in for oil change at this dealership. Service staff were polite and nice but I'm so appalled by the service on my vehicle. Came in for oily change and general check up on my vehicle. General check indicated noise and also I was advised a part needed to be changed. I said okay and booked a next appointment for a different day as they had to order the parts. I got a phone call the part had arrived so to bring my vehicle in. I booked another appointment and took my vehicle in. End of that day when I went to pick it up i was advised all parts did not arrive so I needed a 3rd appointment. My 1st question is that why phone me to bring my vehicle in when all the parts did not arrive? They apologised for the inconveniences. I dropped my vehicle a 3rd time at 9am when the part arrived. No follow up at all with me till around 4pm that day. Service lady phoned me and said "the noise is still present so can we keep your vehicle till next morning for more testing?" HOW?? I told her no as I work with my vehicle so I needed it for the next day. I went in for my vehicle around 5:45pm and I was advised there was no invoice for me so it would be emailed to me. Invoice was never emailed for over a week. I contacted service manager Camille. He then got service rep to email the invoice to me but Camille never phoned me to fix all these terrible customer service issues. Terrible manager!!! Pretty much the last email I received from him was that he can't prove what I'm saying. What nonsense, check the 3 appointments and ask your staff for details and be accountable for your actions and lack of professionalism. I have 4 vehicles from dodge and always serviced my vehicle in the west end with zero issues till I moved to the north side and decided to use Londonderry dodge all because of proximity to home. I need a call from Camille's manager or owner of this dealership because ive contacted my lawyer. Lady on the phone told me noise was not eliminated but invoice says it was eliminated. Contradictions all through out as when I took my vehicle in i dont recall any noise but now I have extremely loud noise from my vehicle when I start it in extreme temperatures. I'm very unhappy and dissapointed!! Terrible service and will tell every around me about this experiemce and send this review to dodge as well. More

Be very careful! We ended up seeing another truck we liked at another dealer but within 10mins being there we rushed back to a Marc. And so thankful we did. Not only did we buy a truck that we liked but LOVED! Which we will be coming back after Christmas to purchase a second vehicle ! Shawn in finance your truly a miracle worker and saved us so much money today and in our future. Fresh Start From beginning to end, Kieth at sales and Paxton in finance and a few others helped me get off from what I wanted and into what I needed. Which turned From beginning to end, Kieth at sales and Paxton in finance and a few others helped me get off from what I wanted and into what I needed. Which turned out to be better in every way. With a payment that was very fair I thank them all for their helpfulness and patience. As well I was entered in to their 10k a day down payment give away through to Christmas Day (fingers crossed guys lol) but to everyone who enters I wish you the best of luck. I know we could use it (REALLY). Also the van is a complete hit because of the opportunity to transport all my kids and grandchildren who reside with their grandfather-me. The DVD player is a gift all on its own for the children. My grandchildren and children & I wish you all at Londonderry Dodge & Chrysler a very merry Christmas and happy new year. More
