The finance department also informed us on many options while not pressuring us into choosing any. Fred called us after we had the vehicle to make sure everything was great and asked us to contact him should we need anything. My experience at Londonderry was great and would recommend them to my friends. More

I usually go to Capital Jeep (where I bought the vehicle) but I didn't want to drive all the way to the south side. I should also mention there services were 'free' as I had bought a package which included a set number of oil changes and a set number of rotations. In addition, I have a nail in my back passenger side tire which has created a slow leak so that tire is lower than the rest. Normally, the dealership will check the pressures and fill them up accordingly. I decided to check the tire pressures a few days later after I had the oil change/rotation done. I noticed that the back passenger side tire was still low so I parked and checked - the tire with the nail in it was still in the same spot it was prior to the rotation - BUT i was charged for a rotation. They even mentioned they checked my brake pads and they looked fine (6mm left they said). Now I'm seriously doubting they even checked the brake pads because they had the nerve to tell me a rotation was done when it obviously wasn't. Luckily I checked my oil and they had changed that. I will not be back for service at Londonderry again and will continue to the 30min to the southside to Capital Jeep because at least I know when they say they did a tire rotation that it's the truth! Not t Why oh why didn't I read these before going there. It was a Gong show from the word go. Called looking for the car advertised on Auto Trader. Not there any more but can get you another one--just what you want; in an hour from a sister dealership. Didn't want to make employees hang around on a Sunday late afternoon and certainly didn't want to have the over an hour drive to get home on a Sunday night. No problem I was told--will take no time at all. Car was what I wanted. Discussed the missing rear window wiper cover and a detail job. with three employee &.Was promised all would be fixed. Noticed that the engine had been shampooed. Computer froze and paperwork could not be completed. Leaving dealership at 8pm. Made an appointment for Tuesday eve. Drive over an hour--made it a bit early for appointment. That didn't matter we still waited an hour to get into finance office. Finally got paper work etc sorted out--on our way home again at 8:30 pm. Wiper not fixed. Car was not detailed. Discussed this with two more employees. Go to register it the next day and no can do.. It is an out of province vehicle. You need an inspection report. An appointment was made for the Friday a.m. and we were told three hours tops, so my husband brought it up. First they said struts needed to be replaced , then a rear tire, then an alignment had to be completed. They could do the alignment first thing on Saturday morning. Husband ended up borrowing a family members vehicle to get home. I called Service 7:45 Saturday a.m. It was in the line up I was told. They would call when complete. At 12:38 we get the call--will be done in an hour. Detailed and wiper fixed? Yes. Okay back into Edmonton we come. At dealership find out that it is not ready and they want to keep it till Monday. At this point I am so angry and want to walk away but know that I cannot. Why oh why did i buy this vehicle here. After telling our story again Raylene goes into the shop and comes out to say they will fit it in. Not holding my breath. Low and behold the alignment was completed at 3:30. Still no wiper cover and no detail job. They wrote on the inspection that they had shampooed the engine. No they did not --it was done before they even had the car on their lot. For the 6th time we were told the wiper cover would be ordered and in on Monday. Bring vehicle back and we will put it on. Nope-we will pick it up and put it on ourselves. Detail was not done--if it was, then they need to train their Detail person a lot better. It was semi- clean in the front area but the back seat and cargo area were not touched at all. As with a lot of the previous reviews state---STAY AWAY! More

GREAT PURCHASE, GREAT SERVICE I recently purchased a used vehicle at this dealership. I was leery about dealerships because of the experiences that I had in Lacombe. This dealershi I recently purchased a used vehicle at this dealership. I was leery about dealerships because of the experiences that I had in Lacombe. This dealership was so totally different. Firstly, I met Jordan Wade, a salesman. I had a few issues with the car that I liked and explained what I expected. Jordan was most accommodating; as was used car manager Peter Small and his partner Andrew Quinones and Financial Director Justin Broyles. These folks worked closely together to address my concerns. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my purchase and they did not fail. I have never been treated as well as I was at Londonderry Dodge Chrysler Jeep. I am grateful that I dealt with these folks and thank them from the bottom of my heart for their concerted efforts. Well Done gentlemen!! and thank you so very much. More
High pressure sales, zero professionalism. I spent over 6 hours at Londonderry dodge with a friend who was looking for a new truck - everything was off to a great start, she was told she could I spent over 6 hours at Londonderry dodge with a friend who was looking for a new truck - everything was off to a great start, she was told she could get the truck she wanted within her biweekly budget - great! the issues started with the deposit they insisted she had to put down to show that she is a "serious buyer" (complete bs, if you aren't serious, you don't spend hours with a car salesman). They asked her what they needed to do to get her into the truck and this is what she asked for: - biweekly payments at or below $400 - a 72 month term (84 months being acceptable if necessary) - the above to include rust protection package, tonneau cover, and undercoating She put down the deposit - the salesman comes back from speaking with his manager and says he can do $430 biweekly over 84 months with everything inclided- awesome! Once she agreed to the terms, the dealership began the approval process and what a surprise - the payments were now going to be $75 more per biweekly payment because the salesman punched in a lower rate than what she was approved for. They told her this is the best they could do, and when she expressed that the truck was now out of her budget the pressure tactics started. The salesman and manager offered to buy us lunch (lunch was great, but of course it was never paid for because we didn't buy their overpriced truck) the manager and financial rep "pulled strings" to lower the interest rate (how nice of them) and finally got her to a point where she was still way over her budget. the manager offered her $1500 cash back (which would only be added to the loan - again how nice of them) so she could use it for insurance and lower her monthly costs for the year (awesome, what about the other 6 years of the term?). after stating she was nervous and uncomfortable and wanted to think about it over night the manager told her flat out the $1500 (which she would be paying back with the loan anyway) would be off the table completely if she didn't sign the same day. This is a 50 year old man pushing a 20-something year old woman to almost the point of tears - OVER A TRUCK SALE. I can't explain how happy I am that we left without buying the truck, Londonderry Dodge should be ashamed of the way they treat potential customers - pressure tactics are shady business, period. Bonus points: we went to another dealership after leaving Londonderry Dodge and my friend signed for a truck (one year newer with 10,000 less km for a lower price) and had all the paperwork done within two hours. The next day when she notified the manager at Londonderry that she found a truck elsewhere, he continued to pressure her via text offering to throw in "extras" if she came back and assuring her that no one could beat his offer. It got to the point that my friend had to tell the manager that she would be looking into harassment charges if he didn't stop texting her. Unless you like being pressured into paying too much for the vehicle you want, don't bother with Londonderry Dodge. I've never had such an awful experience at a dealership - these guys are 100% the high pressure stereotype slime-ball salesmen that people hate. Avoid at all costs. More
Don't waste your time! I went in with a price that was lower and andrew the from financing fought with me on the price and just constantly trying to push me to buy the truck I went in with a price that was lower and andrew the from financing fought with me on the price and just constantly trying to push me to buy the truck. after saying no, it was easy for him to tell me I wasted his time and his associate when I was the one waiting half an hour to just see the truck. I guarantee you, you will make the best decision by not coming to this dealership. if he just gave me a day to think about the numbers I would've gotten the truck but two weeks later its still there when he told me it would be gone the next day. worst dealership in the country.
