I stopped in yesterday to look at the truck and got a price. I went back today with the car and they didn't want to tell me the value of my trade in without taking my license, credit card and a deposit and then raised their voices that I was shopping around so come back when I am serious. Unbelievable experience. Went elsewhere and bought a truck and will never again frequent londonderry dodge. More

Deal elsewhere if possible I was dealing with there salesman Paxton on a 2017 Ram Express the price was fantastic. There were a number of emails, I was happy with the informatio I was dealing with there salesman Paxton on a 2017 Ram Express the price was fantastic. There were a number of emails, I was happy with the information he provided. I phoned to ask a question about gear ratio and if it was a anti slip rear end I wanted. He stated it had exactly what I was looking for. On the information he gave me I gave him a deposit. I booked a flight and hotel both nonrefundable because of the cheap price. I phoned back a few days later to let them know when I was arriving and asked again about the rear end in the truck where I was told the information I was given was incorrect. They looked for a replacement there were none available so the deal was over. Because of this incorrect information I am out for the flight and hotel and have to book a flight home, I will miss three days of work also. I was told by Mitch there sales manager there was a possibility of help for the expenses. In the end I'm out $1300.00 and they wash there hands of it, they are not responsible for any wrong doings. My advice is to ask a lot of question from multiple sales people and if at all possible deal elsewhere More

Then once the family found out what happened they promised to help with some rebates, told us to come back 4 times then told us it's our problem and wouldn't even give what they kept offering, fist 2000 rebate, then one, then a payment or two, then just told us to go away, they don't care, thanks for putting someone who clearly was already in financial ruin into more, and good luck collecting from her welfare when the loan defaults! Then i asked about the value for my trade in car and he wanted to have a deposit down before he started working. It's like me being there and giving him my word while sitting his office didnt mean anything to him. His Excuse, it's a Company Policy. And if those are in fact company policies then i would never ever deal with that company. Felt really disrespected. More
