This is an average dealership at best. My wife and I purchased a 2020 RX350 in March of 2023. The salesman was great until after the purchase was concluded. I had a couple of questions My wife and I purchased a 2020 RX350 in March of 2023. The salesman was great until after the purchase was concluded. I had a couple of questions about an aftermarket theft deterrent and paint finish concern. The theft deterrent was something he spoke of during the sales process and was done at the dealership. Emails and phones were not returned so I stopped in the dealership to speak with him directly. He took pictures of the finish and told me he'd discuss it with the service manager but nothing ever happened. Flash forward to November 2023. The first oil change was scheduled for a Monday morning. I called on the Thursday morning prior to my appointment to see if I could reschedule. They were busy so I was invited to visit the website to schedule my service visit. I visited the service webpage and it doesn't have any selection for an oil change, just more expensive service items. I called back and left a message asking if a service advisor could call back to discuss my request. There is an option of the phone mail system for a service advisor call back. No call ever came. Two different departments, same indifference. They are the only Lexus dealership in London so they don't have to try very hard. More

Usually, in fact 98% of the time, after the dealership gets the money, the purchaser is made to feel less than welcome or important. I am so happy to say that this was not the case at all when we visited Lexus London. You were so friendly and helpful and Romeo was great. I think he didn’t even roll his eyes at the ‘ID-10-T’ error on how to remote start my car!! Thank you to you and to Lexus of London. I made the right choice! More
