I just bought a new vehicle at LEXUS OF LONDON. She greeted us warmly, without pressuring, and showed us an array of vehicles. I was impressed with her knowledge and her personality. It took a while to land a deal, some of the delay was caused by me wanting maximum value on my trade-in, but we did ultimately come away with a fantastic SUV. I have already told two acquaintances that are in the market for new vehicles to search her out if they are leaning towards a Lexus or a Toyota. We nt through a dozen different car lots in a few cities before getting the best deal possible in my opinion and the experience with such a well trained sales representative was worth the wait . More
