Buying a car can be quite intimidating especially for a single mother who admittedly knows nothing about cars. From the moment I walked into Lexus of London Sue made me feel very comfortable. I didn’t feel pressured to purchase items I didn't need like I was being upsold on unnecessary extras. I really appreciate the honesty. John the delivery specialist was wonderful. I'm sure I kept him longer than needed and asked the same questions over again but he was very patient and kind. Overall it was a first class experience.
