Buying a car can be quite intimidating especially for a single mother who admittedly knows nothing about cars. From the moment I walked into Lexus of London Sue made me feel very comfortable. She was professional, knowledgeable and kind and patient with my kids. Sue even personally came to my house to pick me up on the day the car was ready for pick up. She has a warm presence about her like I was talking to an old friend and I feel lucky to have met her. Thomas from their finance team was also great. I didn’t feel pressured to purchase items I didn't need like I was being upsold on unnecessary extras. I really appreciate the honesty. John the delivery specialist was wonderful. I'm sure I kept him longer than needed and asked the same questions over again but he was very patient and kind. Overall it was a first class experience.
