My experience with Lexus and Jillian has been extremely positive. Jillian listened to my challenges regarding my height/seat belt issues and picked cars for me to test drive which were best suited for me. positive. I ended up choosing the 2025 UX, I love it. Jillian was also interested in hearing about my concerns with the bathroom at Lexus (black on black) for people struggling with dementia. Jillian was also very kind to bring forward a donation request for a golf tournament event I am participating in to her general manager. All in all, my experience with Jillian and Lexus has been extremely positive and I would highly recommend a Lexus car to anyone. More
