My husband and I are in the initial stages of purchasing a new SUV. We visited Lexus of London, and although all sales advisors were booked for the day, Lisa Ali demonstrated exceptional professionalism by a new SUV. We visited Lexus of London, and although all sales advisors were booked for the day, Lisa Ali demonstrated exceptional professionalism by taking the time between her appointments to assist us. She answered all our questions and allowed us to sit inside the models we were interested in, even though we couldn’t schedule a test drive that day. Lisa’s professionalism continued after our visit. She promptly followed up with an email after work hours to address any further questions or concerns and offered to schedule a test drive. When we emailed her late Sunday night requesting an appointment for Monday, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a reply that same night confirming our requested time. During our appointment, Lisa maintained her professionalism by diligently searching for a package that best suited our family’s needs. She even took the extra step of exploring the back lot to find a model with the package we were interested in, allowing us to see the SUV in person rather than just describing its features. Lisa’s dedication, attention to detail, and professional demeanor made our experience at Lexus of London truly outstanding. Highly recommend Lisa Ali! More

I was in the market for a Lexus NX so went to London Lexus. When I first got there I was greeted by Rick and he made the whole experience enjoyable. I have bought a few cars before and always dreaded th Lexus. When I first got there I was greeted by Rick and he made the whole experience enjoyable. I have bought a few cars before and always dreaded the experience of “the sales man” and trying to get the best price, comparing ect. Rick found me the best price and I felt like he was working with me to get everything I wanted. At the end I left with my dream car at an amazing price.
