We heard a noise in the brakes while travelling from Ottawa to Toronto and called our dealer in Ottawa; he advised taking the car in for an immediate look as soon as we got to Toronto. It was late on Friday afternoon so we called from the road and made an appointment. Brian bought us lunch and inspected the car and found the problem, whatever it was, had gone away, along with the noise. Moreover, the service check up which was to cost $69.00 was absorbed by the dealer. If we lived in Toronto, I know where we would deal. Thank you Brian, you turned a stressful situation into a great surprise. Pat Ross More

Same level service as other place, maybe less. Made an appointment for an oil change. On the way to the service, the car broke down (flat tire) and was late for the service. I called in to see if later appointment time was available and the service receiptionist kindly suggested I bring the car in anyway and it would only take 2 hours or so - now this involves tire job and an oil change. Took the car in, the service adviser complains that next time I make an appointment, not just walk in. I explained what had happened. He looks at me wierdly and suggests I wait in the waiting area. If it's the same day, don't you guys have on the system that I booked for a service? Asked for a loaner, he says no since the car was not purchased from them. (I actually didn't know about this) The waiting war happens. 2 hours - as expected 3 hours - I asked to see what's happening. Someone tells me my car is being brought to the service now. (Next in line I guess) 3 hours and 30 mins - I get a call from the reciptionist asking me if I brought my car in. xxx? 4 hours - I asked another service adviser. He tells me the car is in the car wash stage, At least this adviser was kind enough to call to confirm, (the older gentleman). Paid the dues and 15 mins later, the car shows up nice and clean. Had no lunch since the car became flat and took 1 hr to get it back up running and took straight to the service.. At 2:30pm? 3pm? The Cafe was closed, no where close to eat (at least within walking distance), except for some popcorns and cup cakes at Toyota dealership beside. I've always took my car in at Don Valley North for service and everytime, it was great. This was my first time taking it to On The Park. Only reason being, I bought another Lexus, this time at On The Park. I was going to set this dealership as one place to go to for both of my vehicles, but I guess I was wrong. Only take the car that was purchased from the specific dealership, otherwise, you will get a whole different level of service. I am going to go back to Don Valley North, perhaps I am going to try to take my new vehicle bought at On the Park, to see how the customer service is any different. More

The moment I walked in I was greeted by the friendly staff and was ensured that I will be looked after should I need any assistance. Lazar and John were great in the whole sales process. They were extremely friendly and were very patient as I had many questions. The whole process was smooth and painless. Within a week I walked away with a BRAND NEW 2015 Lexus IS 250 AWD F Sport! Walking in the door was a good experience I should have just walked around to get a feel of the people, instead I asked to see a sales person. I usually am a good judge of character, I should have chosen a sales person without asking for a salesperson. The person they assigned to me initially was good until we made the deal. My phone calls were not returned in a timely manner, I asked a question he said he would ask the sales manager, however, when he relayed the information back to me it was not the question I wanted asked. I did not go over his head to call the sales manager myself as I was hoping he would have asked the question the way I presented it to him. I seems he did not comprehend the question to ask it in way it is was presented to him. Nothing wrong with the overall dealership staff, all were very respectful and pleasant; I would have liked another sales person. Also when I informed him I would be bringing a check to pay for the vehicle, this was not presented to the finance person and when I came in to pick-up and pay for the vehicle the finance had to redo the paper work. My salesperson did not fully explain the chip guard protection for the hood that cost $500.00. I was under the impression it was the whole hood and sides not just 1/4 way on the hood, so I was not well informed. When I saw it on pick up I was surprised and thought I could have done something more with the 500.00 or purchased the plastic shield for less. The vehicle was not cleaned properly and there is a huge orange stain on the from carpet on the passenger side that was not addressed. The person explain the technical part of the vehicle actually had to get a person to come and clean the dust and from the vehicle, so that in itself tells me not to much was done to the interior. The person I worked with in finance was wonderful and the person who explained the vehicle was wonderful. More
