Unlike my messages and emails left with sales rep from other dealerships which often took 1 or two to reply. Credric was able to provide me with near-real-time responses. The sales process was handled by Ben, who respected me from the very beginning. He was very professional regarding the sales process and did not over promise on anything he was unable to deliver. He is very honest and took good care of me. Answered all my questions to my satisfaction and made sure the process from beginning to end was smooth. There is still some pending issue, and Ben has made assurances that they will be taken care off. I have no doubt in my mind that he will be able to deliver. More

Unexpected purchase My wife and I have been looking for a tow vehicle for a new trailer we are having built for about 9 months. Having driven a 2nd generation prius for 7 My wife and I have been looking for a tow vehicle for a new trailer we are having built for about 9 months. Having driven a 2nd generation prius for 7 years we had been spoiled by its reliability and gas mileage and were despairing that we were going to have to abandon fuel economy for some gas guzzling beast that would tow our new trailer. I visited the Toyota dealer at Toyota on the Park and then walked across the lot to Lexus where I was introduced to Yin Chan. I had never seen myself in a luxury car before and never relized that one would be the answer to our search. Yin was efficient, knowledgeable and directly responsive to my stated needs and requirements. As result he showed me only one car took me on three test drives over two days which the next day my wife and I bought, a 2011 Lexus RX450H. with tow package and extended warranty While it's not a Prius after nearly 400k in two days it has lived up to its projected fuel economy unexpected comfort and responsive engine and handling. Negotiations were handled in a straight forward direct manner and respectful atmosphere which I greatly apreciated as I was under no current urgency to buy. Last minute requests on my part were handled directly and professionally As I have serviced and in fact bought my original Prius at this dealership I am looking forward to aditional years of partnership on the Lexus side.. I had the most helpful and understanding sales person whom was able to thoroughly sell me on the features and benefits of the RX350. He was very curteous and extremely knowledgeable, kind and friendly in his approach. After he was able to get me the price for my trade, I met with Anthony the finance manager who went over all the extra coverages and how it would benefit my family, he was clear and thorough ensuring that we where able to understand all the coverages and financing options. John the manager personally came out to shake my husband and I's hand and thank us for our business - we talked about the local area and had a few kind laughs.The receptionist was so kind enough to give my daughter a lexus stuffed animal to keep her occupied as she ran around the dealership amusing the sales people. All these individuals did a very thorough job to ensure that my husband and I had everything that we had needed. We felt comfortable and trusted there recommendations.
