Problem Solved! Less than 6 months ago, I traded in my RX400 for a RX350. Initially, I was happy with the trade in and car, however as time progressed, I became unsat Less than 6 months ago, I traded in my RX400 for a RX350. Initially, I was happy with the trade in and car, however as time progressed, I became unsatisfied with the fuel consumption. I was only getting 400km (max) on a full tank, (average 360km) - which was quite costly and frustrating. While I was at Lexus for servicing (oil change), I ran into Benjamin and expressed my frustration. He mentioned that he had an RX450h sitting on the lot that had just came off lease. So I took it for a quick spin, read some reviews online and within 30-40 min, I traded in my RX350 for RX450h. As always, Benjamin took his time to properly explain this car, work on a fair trade in price and ensure I was 100% satisfied. The moral of this story is that I've always received top notch service from this dealership, and as a customer, I appreciate how much Ben goes above and beyond the call of duty. I didn't expect to purchase a car that morning, but it just happened and now my problem is solved. Sincere thank you to Ben and the team. On another note, the finance person, Stefani was incredible fun to work with as she finalized the paperwork, financing and explained all the extra money i'd be spending :-) She has a great personality and excellent at customer service and very knowledgeable on all the services being explained.
