The salesperson was not knowledgab Before I visited Lexus On the Park, I visited another Lexus dealership in Toronto and my experience was not great. The salesperson was not knowledgable about the car I was interested in and everything felt very rushed, so I did not move forwards with them. I went to Lexus on the Park and Kevin helped me out from start to finish. He gave me all the information I wanted, explained to me the entire process, and the best part about it was he gave me the time to think about it. I came back the next week and he took my on a comprehensive test drive to show me all the features in the car. We settled on a price to move forwards with and with the help of the rest of the team, including Stephani who offered me valuable information about additional available options completed the deal that same day. Could not be happier with my experience there and can't wait till the car is delivered. I would recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a great place to purchase a Lexus! More
