We'd decided on the vehicle, gone ahead with the order and last minute had to change our delivery date by one month, because of personal finances and purchasing a new home. Everyone at the dealership was so kind and understanding about our experience, they never once made us feel badly about it. Once we chose a date and picked up the vehicle, the staff was very warm and welcoming to my husband and I. We were greeted with a welcome gift from the manager, Mr. Baxter, offered breakfast and coffee and taken through our paperwork. Lazar was kind, thorough and explained all of the questions that we had. The delivery specialist Josie was one of the nicest, most patient people. I have a baby, and she took her time with us, even when I had to stop to console the baby from crying. She never once rushed us through the features of the vehicle and was so sweet the whole time. They even offered to professionally install our car seat. They left us with business cards, scheduled our first maintenance and said to contact them if there was anything that we needed. The whole experience was exceptional and we would deal with anyone and everyone at this dealership again, and again. I would highly recommend! More

From receptionists to sales representatives to finance. It was with Kevin’s patience, wealth of knowledge coupled with his non intrusive & aggressive manner that we decided on the RX 350. Kevin spent a good 2 hours with us test driving three vehicles explaining each tiime of the different features of each model. This was followed by meeting up with Lazar in finance who calmly explained to us all of the options regarding the financial options. Last but not least, Josie, in service delivery, patiently provided us an in depth tutorial of all of the bells & whistles in the car. We are also very impressed by the timely email exchanges provided by all of the above mentioned staff members.
