I baught a 2014 ford escape from pawel first off let me say he is an amazing guy very friendly, caring, helpful even took a phone call from me on his cell at home once. My car came a few days late with it being christmas and in that time the rental windshield cracked they paid for that as well. When i picked up my car there was a paint chip so a week or two later i got an appt at the body shop morgan the manager there very nice guy they paid for me to have another rental while they repainted that chip. Had a few issues but in the end everything was taken care of! I recomend you to go see pawel! More

Our first contact was with Dax who was able to find exactly what we were looking for onsite. We were quickly able to agree on a deal that worked well for us. We then met with Pat in Finance to finalize some details. Our vehicle was ready for pick up when promised. On this visit we dealt with Bob Kondruk for the turnover. Bob was very personable and thorough in reviewing the features of the Focus and answering any questions. It was a nice touch when Dave Koch came to say hello and make sure we were being well looked after. Thank you Koch for making this a positive experience. On my first visit Bob took the time to introduce me to the various products, outlining the options available and on what model they were attached to. He did not push, (pressure) us into anything. Meanwhile, we test drove the truck model we were considering, ensuring that we had, in fact, made a smart choice. By the time we returned to the dealership, the trucks were found and we were proud owners of two Fx4 150. We picked up our trucks a few days later. Shelly made sure we were oriented to the features of the vehicle and that we were comfortable with our choice. She made it know that she was available to answer any questions or concerns that we could possibly have. We have been buying trucks every three to five years for the past 20 years and have not experienced such follow up from any other dealership. We trust that the service work will be equally seamless. We came with a specific vehicle in mind. Our salesman was helpful, friendly, knowledgable and not in the least pushy. We were looking for the high end car so did not feel like we were being pushed into an up helpful, friendly, knowledgable and not in the least pushy. Maintenance, extended warranty and protection packages. The lady was very informative and to the point. She was very personable and didn't pressure us to make a quick decision. We are considering our options and can let them know on Monday when we pick up our beautiful new Escape. It has been a very pleasant experience. Especially since it's such a stressful purchase.
