Encouraging and positive experience I have been very skeptical of car dealerships for many years now. Prior to going to Kochford I was quite disenchanted and frustrated that all of the d I have been very skeptical of car dealerships for many years now. Prior to going to Kochford I was quite disenchanted and frustrated that all of the dealerships I had visited were not trustworthy. In fact, many told me what turned out to be untruths. They were more interested in selling a car rather than retaining a customer. Once arriving at Koch my skepticism shaped my initial interaction. However, working with Shelly and the other staff at Kochford I believed the effort to retain me as a longer term customer was genuine and as important as a sale. They listened and I feel I got a very good deal. I recommend Shelly and Kochford to others. The only drawback was that I felt pressured to purchase the maintenance plan and other services. I did eventually buy the maintenance plan after many questions, mainly because it is a good plan and the staff were very patient openly responded to my concerns. I am happy with my car and I don't feel that I got a raw deal. More

The purchase price and knowledge of the product given by the employees listed above finalized my decision to purchase with them instead of the dealers in Calgary and surrounding areas. I was introduced to all the managers and service staff and would drive from Calgary just to have my services performed there. The dealership is very modern and customer friendly. Robert Mahoney in the finance office went into detail explaining not only the documentation well but all the great things about this dealership and how each customer is like family. It is nice that the staff makes you feel comfortable and not pressured into making a decision. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone purchasing or servicing their Ford. More
