AMAZING SERVICE RAVE..... we recently bought a new 2014 ford pick up at KOCH. and after hanging a tree air freshener on the dash we realized that it actually started RAVE..... we recently bought a new 2014 ford pick up at KOCH. and after hanging a tree air freshener on the dash we realized that it actually started eating away at the dash ...not wanting to be stuck with this damage, i went back to KOCH and asked for help....Ford said they would not cover it. thats it right???? Jayme and Rob went out of there way to find me the vehicle that I needed at the price I needed (significantly less than the quotes from the Calgary dealers). They also got me $1000 more on my trade in than any of the Calgary dealers were offering. The service and attention I received at Koch far exceeded my expectations and past experiences.
