Great Customer Experience Went to this dealership to look at a used MKX. We were disappointed as we drove this MKX as there were 5,000KM more on the odometer than on the websi Went to this dealership to look at a used MKX. We were disappointed as we drove this MKX as there were 5,000KM more on the odometer than on the website and the wheel alignment was very bad as the vehicle noticeably pulled to the side. This experience did not make us feel great about the dealership. We decided to look at the new MKX and after a test drive and looking at the different models, we were offered a weekend date experience to test drive the new MKX and were provided with a $100 Visa card for a nice dinner. This experience provided us with the opportunity to drive and experience the MKX. When we came back on Monday, our decision was made and the negotiations began. After some back and forth we came to a point where we felt comfortable with the trade value and purchase price and closed the deal. The service by Brad/Tom have been very good as Tom is exceptionally knowledgeable about Lincoln as we found options that we did not know we had on the model we purchased. Pleasant surprise. Even though the experience at the used section was not satisfying, we feel the Lincoln customer experience on the new side made up for that issue. More

I went to Koch because I had seen a 2015 Ford F-1 I had been to another dealership who tried to sell me onto a vehicle I was not overly interested in. I went to Koch because I had seen a 2015 Ford F-150 super crew in Ruby Red.on their website. I spoke to Shelly a saleswoman at the dealership and she was very friendly and understanding. She took me through all the options on the vehicle. Introduced me to the general sales manager and finance. . I explained to her the problems I had faced with the other dealership and she assured me that they would take care of me, and they did. Shelly and her team made every effort possible for me to take home the truck that I wanted. They gave me top dollar for my trade and made my new vehicle purchase a pleasant experience.
