I have visited the service center today (14 Feb 2020) for an issue which i was facing since i purchased my car (Jan 2019). The issue is related to the driver side window, which makes a growling sound when i an issue which i was facing since i purchased my car (Jan 2019). The issue is related to the driver side window, which makes a growling sound when it goes up and down only in winter. I have visited service center several time and each time they did their max to fix it by applying new solutions. And they suggested me that may be its because of the cold. I was also thinking the same reason. I just ignored the sound for the 2019 winter but when this year winter (2020) started i faced the same issue. After several visits they replaced the window motor which i was pointing out from the starting of this issue. But even after this work the motor sound was fixed but i was experiencing a scratching sound of glass when it goes up and down. Today i visited again and they found out that the screw got loosened or not tightened enough. I agreed to fix it and they have done a good job. When i was about to leave the center i have noticed that one of my AC vent leg is misplaced which can be put back inside the slot. I tried myself to fix it but it was difficult and i don't need to screw it up. I have informed my service advisor Mr. Kaleem and he asked a technician to take a look at it. I was surprised that without touching it the technician said its broken and need to replace the full vent. And i was keep saying that it can be put back to the slot but i don't want to break it by doing myself. However, he already made a conclusion that it need to get replaced. After some discussions i was not planned to replace it and I left the center without fixing it and parked my car on the street. This time i tried to fix it by myself and i was prepared for the damage whatever going to happen. Fortunately, the vent got fixed by myself. So, i believe that the several visits which I made for one issue which i had with the driver side window could have been fixed if the technicians have shown minimum involvement in their work. I suggest that Kingcross Hyundai services should take some time to train your technicians on work ethics. I am only satisfied with the experience with my service advisor Mr. Kaleem. More

I purchased a new Ultra Palisade in October 2019 last year which included the trade-in of my existing vehicle. However, they were not able to deliver the new Palisade until February 2020 but they sti year which included the trade-in of my existing vehicle. However, they were not able to deliver the new Palisade until February 2020 but they still honoured the trade-in value that was agreed back in October notwithstanding I had driven the trade-in for almost an additional 5 months. I was very impressed how they handled the whole Situation especially since the delivery delay was completely out of their control. More

He was always patient in my service requests for both of my Elantras offering the best service anyone can hope for. Recently I had a short block issue with my 2015 Elantra. Edwin assisted with the issue with professional approach explaining all of the possible solutions and implications. After a few short calls he not only assisted to have the short block replaced as Hyunday approved, but also offered a vehicle while the service was provided.
