After a few short calls he not only assisted to have the short block replaced as Hyunday approved, but also offered a vehicle while the service was provided. Yesterday (Saturday morning) I took my car in for a level 4 service and was told it would take about two hours to complete. I was also advised that if addition issues were found with the car, I would be informed before a decision was made on any additional work. Withins an hour and a half, I had my car back on the road, washed and running as good as ever. No additional issues were found ( a great product) and I was set for another 6000 km. Edwin, the service representative, as usual, kept me informed along the way and thoroughly reviewed all the work that was done on the car. I Was treated as if my business was important to the dealership and that all efforts would be made to ensure my satisfaction. Thank you Edwin and Kingscross. More
