Kia of St. Catharines

It was the same old story.... I'd been to many dealerships (from Niagara Falls to the GTA) looking to update my vehicle but got very mixed reviews on the level of customer service that i was given dealerships (from Niagara Falls to the GTA) looking to update my vehicle but got very mixed reviews on the level of customer service that i was given. My old vehicle was a 2002 Saturn SC1 (which was in very good shape may i add) but as soon as i rolled onto a forecourt most salesman turned the other way because they made the assumption that i had very little money to spend. Those that did weren't even interested in asking me what my needs were, they purely tried pushing me into a brand new vehicle. Needless to say i went to some of the major players on the market including Honda, Mazda, Toyota and Hyundai which really surprised me when i received the level of service i did. KIA on the other hand was a whole new experience fulfilling all of my needs and making sure i remained fully satisfied throughout the sales process. KIA was the only garage that made the effort to contact me when there was a potential vehicle but at the same time i was never pressured to buy the vehicle. After reviewing several vehicles with KIA they managed to come up trumps with the exact vehicle i was looking for. It ended up being a 2011 KIA Forte EX which ticked all the boxes i was looking for including their warranty and servicing package. I did end up spending more than i would've liked, but the level's this KIA garage went to were over and above my expectations!! I have to give a big thank-you to the team at KIA St. Catharines but more importantly Nav and Eric for their hard work and perseverance as i'm not the easiest person to please! More

I had been searching for a used Kia Soul for months. I live in London Ontario and had horrible experiences dealing with both Kia dealerships in London. After a search online I called Kia of St Catherines and made a drive there to see a vehicle that met my needs. Chris was very friendly and in no way pushy; he respected my opinion and at made me feel comfortable. The price of the vehicle was considerably lower than the same vehicle in London and had no hassles! My experience with Kia of St. Catherines was smooth, easy and stress free. I am very happy with my purchase and have recommended others to visit their dealership. I was worth the 2 hour drive to St. Catherines! More

I went to Kia St Catharines with little hope of every owning a brand new vehicle. Being a single mom of 3 and owning my own business doesn't allow much wiggle room for such a gift. He then introduced me to Nav Gill. Together, they answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. They were both extremely knowledgeable about KIA products. I had a vehicle in mind as well as a colour. Unfortunately the colour that I wanted was not readily available. Nav proceeded to search for the colour that I wanted. We discussed a second colour as an option. Nav indicated that he would be willing to make some concessions if I chose a second colour. I agreed. I was introduced to Vick Hasan who takes care of the financing side of the business. He was very well spoken and very friendly. He was honest with me and also gave me pointers on how to improve my credit. He was the first person ever that took the time to explain the items on my bureau in detail. For that I am extremely grateful. Once I was approved for financing, it was time to pick up my vehicle. The vehicle was polished and looked fantastic. I have a two year old child and I had to figure out how to install his car seat in my new KIA Sorento. This is where Chantal came in to play. She took the time to show me how to install the car seat. She was extremely friendly and courteous. Despite the fact that she was wearing a skirt, she crawled into the back of the vehicle to hook up my car seat. I was incredibly impressed. She definitely went above and beyond to help ensure the safety of my little boy. Thank you Chantal! I would like to thank the entire team at Kia for the manner in which they dealt with me. They helped me realize a dream of owning an SUV. I will definitely be back for future purchases and I will certainly recommend Nav and his team to anyone who is contemplating buying a new or used vehicle.
