2018 Forte LX plus I was going to bid on Sun Media Auction for Kia Forte. Prior to bidding I attended dealership and spoke with Jose Giraldo who was more than accomadat I was going to bid on Sun Media Auction for Kia Forte. Prior to bidding I attended dealership and spoke with Jose Giraldo who was more than accomadating in answering my questions about the vehicle. I won bid on vehicle and picked up this week.. I then dealt with the Mgr. Cam Sacco and Financial Service Mgr. Ernie Gonzalez. Both were very friendly and helpful in solving some minor issues that arose during purchase. I concluded the purchase of the car with Jose Giraldo and my overall experience the entire staff as above was exceptional. I hope that my positive experience continues in the future. More

Exceptional Service! I went with my husband do find a new family vehicle. We dealt with Sam. They were even able to get it to us the next day for a family vacation. If that isn't exceptional I don't know what is. From start to finish it was a great buying experience. I will go there again hands down for our next vehicle purchase and will recommend to anybody in the market for a new or used vehicle. More

I was put to test drive a Soul 2.0 and that is what I confirmed with management that I was buying since the car was located in a diferent dealership. I was not the principal driver for the first 3 months so I noticed too late that they gave me a 1.6! Huge diference! I fully blame myself for over trusting and that is the fact: Buyer be aware, Kia of St Catharines is not trust-worthy! Specially the manager: Cam Sacco My response to your reply: Listen here Cam, nothing will change the fact that you had me test drive a 2.0 and then sold me a 1.6 after I asked you twice to confirm that the car I was putting a $500 down payment on was a 2.0 I don't care much if it was an EX, a LX or a FX for that matter, you were NOT honest with me. The car was in a different city so I wasn't able to see it or any paperwork for it and without the down payment you were not going to bring it to St. Catharines. So I trusted you, and I blame myself for being the fool! Now, each time I drive up the escarpment on my way to work, I curse! The car You gave me to test drive could handle the slope easealy but now I have to through it down to 3rd just to keep up. You obviously know who I am, my distaste is so great that I haven't even had the stomach to return to your dealership to demand the tent I purchased and you NEVER delivered! More

It is my first new car so i wanted it to be right. When I walked into the dealership, a salesman approached me with enthusiasm. He asked about what I wanted out of a car and what kind of things I hope to achieve with next vehicle. We talked a bit and he brought out the exact car trim that we were most interested in. He explained major features about the car and what I can do with it. Overall i was impressed by what he showed me. He asked if we wanted to go for a ride which we said no not today. He nodded and directed us back to his table. He puts the car back and returned to discussing pricing. A few days later he emailed me and asked me if I had any other concerns. We went back and forth about price and he would always respond with enthusiasm and honesty. i called him many times to make sure all was well and price was within my budget. He did it no pressure. He sold me on things that i actually wanted and it was an amazing experience. More
Worst Experience My partner and I lease 2 vehicles so every 18 months we get something new. I had a Kia Rio with all the bells and whistles and decided to return the l My partner and I lease 2 vehicles so every 18 months we get something new. I had a Kia Rio with all the bells and whistles and decided to return the lease a few months early so we could get an electric Kia Soul. We paid the lease out in FULL, returned the vehicles under the km allowance, and put brand new tires on the car an hour before giving it back to the dealership. Kia decided to charge us a $400 fee for returning the car early. It is absolutely criminal. They were paid in full for the lease and are now able to sell the car earlier than expected because we gave the car back to them. We were so disappointed and their customer service was so weak that we decided to cancel the Kia Soul deal and are now proudly driving our Mazda CX-3. Don't waste your time with this dealership - they are out to gouge and take your money wherever possible. More
What a complete let down. This place and the employees are a joke. To my surprise I was told to get my car undetailed and I would have to return in a few weeks to have that done, very strange. I was having some additions added so thought maybe that was the reason. Nope so I waited, called multiple times asking when I could have this done and was given the run around and every excuse in the book from they don't have the paint yet to the loaner car that they would have been giving me was smashed up, other excuses were that they didn't have any loaner cars etc... you get the picture. I've been waiting for weeks now and am frustrated. So I finally get it in to have this done and was now told that they can't fix the scratches that they had agreed to because the guy that does that just up and quit. I'm tired of hearing their excuses for not providing me with the services that I was promised and as much as I love my car I'm severely unsatisfied with the service I've received and the way I've been treated as a customer. I know I will not be returning to this location when it comes to buying my next vehicle. More
