"Phil Made Car Buying FUN!" With a big friendly smile Phil came out to greet me when I drove up to the Kia Dealership. I had been driving my car for 23 years and was quite rusty With a big friendly smile Phil came out to greet me when I drove up to the Kia Dealership. I had been driving my car for 23 years and was quite rusty when it came to purchasing a new Kia Soul. Phil outlined the features of the different models, which quickly helped me decide which model I really wanted. He was so easy to talk to and didn't put any pressure on me to buy. He took me out for a test drive and showed me how to adjust the steering wheel, the mirrors, the lumbar back support and height of the seat until I was perfectly comfortable. I fell in love with the car almost immediately. Phil took lots of time explaining how all the buttons and controls on the dash and steering wheel work. He offered to answer any questions that might come up after I took my new Soul home. Next came the negotiations on the price. I had been worried that I would have to haggle, but Phil was very honest and up front on the price. I know he did his best for me.
