Fantastic experience Buying a car is a challenge for everyone. When I went to the Kia Richmond at 5660 Minoru Blvd, I didn't have any idea about the car I wanted to buy. I was not also sure to buy it from the Kia Richmond because I live in Burnaby and the dealer ship was so far from my home. In the beginning, I met Jacob who provided me a good general information about the brand. After choosing the car model, we talked about the price. We reached to a reasonable price thanks for Jacob's politeness and professionalism in his job. After this good deal, I met Aidin who was realy friendly and he gave me a special offer of lifetime filter,oil change service. It was a good experience for me because not only I got my preferable car but also I met two good persons who were helpful to lead me to do a good decision for choosing the car. Certainly, I will encourage my friends and other people to go to the Kia Richmond because the employees know how to treat people professionally. More

Great place to look for quality Kia used car I went into the Kia Richmond at 5660 Minoru Blvd, Richmond location by accident. I was going to look for another salesman but gone into this location. I have done some research before I came in so I know my budget and the model (2013 Sportage). Hoping I can have the car I want and the price I am willing to pay. Henry Bagheri is the salesperson who has a great smile and willing to make the sales happen. The manager Aidin Zare is listening to the customer (Budget) and willing to make the deal. Both of them are trying very hard to get the car at the right price for me within 3 hours. My 2013 Sportage is not perfect on the exterior but great mileage runs smooth and did its job right. Finance manager Andrew Huang impressed me with his honesty, respectful and explain in details about the insurance I purchase and smooth transfer of the car title within 30 minutes. Kylie then introduced us to the sales manager (Aidin) and he started the negotiations. He explained the pricing, the rebates, dealer discounts and came up with a great price. We have to say that instead of a tramautic experience in buying a car, these two made it a most enjoyable one. One thing that we found better than the other dealers is that the sales person didn't go back and forth to the sales manager to get approval. Dealing direct with the sales manager is a much better way to do business. Hats off to these two,great job! Mieke & Hal More
Great sales and Great Service I went in with the car in mind that I was looking for even though it wasn't a Kia. The service department took care of the issues and made it the great car I was looking for. At a 3 month follow up appointment the sales manager, Scott Conrad, said no we can do better than that and helped with the repair of all the dings in the front end, the side, and the total rear bumper. NOW THAT takes this dealership WAY OVER THE TOP!!! Thank you Scott!! Thank you Kia for the WOW factor!! More

I sent so many email to Kia Richmond dealership and Kia canada and Kia Korea. But nobody reply my email and complain. So diaappointed. Waste money for the inhouse service! More

BEST WAY TO END 2015! WORST WAY TO START 2016. I cannot thank you guys enough! I look forward to coming in and saying hi when I bring my car in for her oil changes and servicing :) Unfortunately, I have to edit my review. First of all, both Ken and Patrick have mysteriously disappeared from this dealership, which is very unfortunate as they were amazing. Second, I am about due for an oil change and am TERRIFIED to bring my car back to this dealership. Part of the sale with my vehicle was that I am to receive free life time oil change service but after 5 months of dealing with the fallout that this purchase has been, as well as talking with others who have been burned by him, so long as Mario Acevedo is involved with this place, my trust in this dealership is zero. I guess in a way, Kia Richmond wins. They won't have to own up to and provide the free life time oil changes on my car as I would rather pay another dealership to provide the service than risk having that xxxxxxx anywhere near my vehicle. NEEDS TO GET IT TOGETHER!! Dealt with this dealership a number of times..... PREVIOUSLY was very happy with costumer service. Months ago I left a very happy review of Sales Jenny and Manager Ken who are no longer at this dealership. Since new manager Mario has stepped in, it has been a unpleasant experience. Didn't once follow up with actions he said he would take or return countless calls and messages left for him. He is unorganized and unexperienced. Due to this painful experience, I won't be dealing with this dealership anymore and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. More
