Did I get a lemon? Only time will tell I'm extremely unsatisfied with my brand new 2018 Kia Forte LX+. I will say that the sales team is very welcoming and they answer any questions you have. No complaints there. My complaints stem from the fact that this is a brand new car and I have had to bring it in for service multiple times. I didn't even have it a 24 hours before the check engine light came on. It makes me wonder: was the pre-delivery inspection completed correctly or were they going through the motions? The issue was a camshaft/driveshaft sensor failure which caused my car: 1) To not start at one point where I had to call for a tow. Before the tow arrived I tried it again and the car started. Still really frustrating anyways. This issue caused me to miss some appointments since my car wouldn't work 2) To not accelerate properly. Imagine dropping the clutch in a manual car - that's what it feels like when I accelerate in this car with this sensor error. The first time I went for service all they did was clear the codes. The next day the check engine light came on again and I brought it in a second time. They checked the codes again and it came back as a camshaft/driveshaft sensor error. The reason they gave for only clearing the codes the first time was that they didn't know which code was causing the error so their process is to clear the codes and wait for the check engine light to come on again. what they don't realize is that this is a waste of time for their customers. I had to return an unnecessary second time to figure out what the error was. In the end they determined the sensor needed to be replaced. Great! Now order the part. That was on a Friday. I went away to a conference from the following Monday to Thursday. I returned on Thursday and called to check in on my part order AND THEY HADN'T EVEN ORDERED THE PART!!! xxx!!! My brand new car is giving me xxxx already and now you FORGOT TO ORDER THE PART! So they order the part, and ask me to call back a week later to see if it's in, not even offering the courtesy of calling me back and setting up my next appointment. Just poor customer service. I bought the extended warranty on this car and will only be going back to this dealership if I absolutely must based on the terms of my extended warranty. More
Appointments Mean Nothing Went to get tires changed at 3 pm with an appointment. 5:30 pm and my car was still in the parking lot. My advisor, Shawn Baldwin, never actually called me up, I had to go up and inquire. The advisor also aggressively pushed multiple repairs at me (wipers, plugs) which the next dealership I took it to said were completely unnecessary. More

Simply not a good service I came here to replace my summer tires which was a service provided to the car I bought. Over the phone they said should not take more than 30 min. After one hour of waiting they got my car in to do the job which took them another half an hour!!! More
Customer service has gone down hill. Used to be a fantastic place due to their superb customer service from Will Keindel but my last two visits have been abysmal (ever since Will left). I’ll have scheduled appointments just to have my car sit in the parking lot (where I parked it) for over an hour and a half. What’s the point of an appointment if they don’t honour it. Also, just talking to the people at the desk is frustrating because they’re constantly talking down to you. Just trying to explain what’s wrong with the car leads to them arguing you about it. Even the most obvious of problems lead to them denying anything and trying to blame me. I’m very much looking for a new garage to take my business too. Once again, it’s a real shame since Will had some of the best customer service I’ve received anywhere, not just auto related. More
Terrible Customer Service Consumers beware! This is the shadiest dealership I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I took my 2 year old Sportage (with only 43,000 km Consumers beware! I took my 2 year old Sportage (with only 43,000 km on it) in for a routine oil change and walked away with a $1300 bill for the replacement of both my front and rear brakes as well as rotors. The icing on the cake was when I picked up the service report it had spelled out a laundry list of complaints that they claim I made when dropping the vehicle off - clearly a means of justifying the extensive and unnecessary work they did to my vehicle. I have contacted the dealership manager, the owner and Kia Canada and have been given nothing but the run-around. Many empty promises to look into the matter and follow up with me that never materialized. After leaving a poor review on Google Reviews a few days ago the manager finally called me and left a voicemail, but has been incommunicado ever since! If you a female with little car knowledge, I recommend you avoid this dealership at all costs. Kia Hunt Club will not hesitate to take full advantage of you, then put the blame back on the consumer in a sly attempt to exonerate themselves for their unethical practices. More
LONG waits, cannot fix it right the first time... Or third. Apparently this Stealership likes to have people wait. A simple oil change with an appointment takes over 2 hours. Worst experience EVERRRRRRRR I bought my kia over a year ago at Dilawri kia on hunt club and when I got home ( 1:00h) after i bought the vehicule we've seen that on my sunroof the I bought my kia over a year ago at Dilawri kia on hunt club and when I got home ( 1:00h) after i bought the vehicule we've seen that on my sunroof there was scratches on it, We IMMEDIALTY called them and they told us we will change it on your nice oil change. We were happy about that but NO thats not what happened. I came for my next oil change and they told me we need to see the scratches and take pictures soo they did and they put them on the computer. After they told us the will talk to the manager and we asked for him to call us, HE didnt.We tried calling him but he never pickep up the phone even when he was working. After they told us the next time I came for an oil change, what happened again we need pictures, the were acting like nothing ever happened. SOO we got mad and call the KIA MANIFACTOR. THe lady at the manifactor told she going to email the manager at Dilawri, soo she did ND 3 WEEKs after WE called her back and she told us she would call us back the next day that we reported the damage of the sunroof 6 months after the purchase, but that was not true soo now im stuck with a scratched sunroof and the wont change it. I WILL NEVER RECOMMENED DILAWRI TO ANYONE AND IM NOT GOING THERE FOR OIL CHANGE NEVER AGAIN More
