Fast and efficient service. I went for warranty service on my Honda Civic. The work was done in a very short time. The dealership even paid for half my car rental. Flat tire I was in to the dealership with my 2016 Civic. Unfortunately had a flat tire less than 2 months after purchasing the car. The Honda roadside assista I was in to the dealership with my 2016 Civic. Unfortunately had a flat tire less than 2 months after purchasing the car. The Honda roadside assistance was excellent. My first experience at your service centre was good. I didn't know the procedure so parked in the wrong spot, didn't arrange for the shuttle service (was available though, so ok), ..... I found that Jill Eden was extremely helpful and informative. She was also very thorough and followed up with me as to the progress of my repair in a very timely manner. More

Not Jonker service I arrived 15 minutes early for my 1.5 -2.0 hour appointment las Monday . It was just scheduled maintenance , no big deal . I got my car back after 4 hours without the wash and vacuum service because I didn't want to wait any longer . I can get better service for much less cost at other establishments and will be doing so in the future . Jonker has lost a six year customer ...... More

Great Service I had a sudden issue with one of my brakes. On a busy Saturday afternoon, Chris the service rep at Jonker, was able to get my car in for inspection. I brought my van in for oil change and maintenance check It started fine, with a time est of 2-2.5 hrs. I felt like I had a customer service person who was 'assigned to me'. She explained why I needed to thinking about new tires and when I questioned the warranty, she brought me to the part guy. He was unfriendly and did not even try to explain things in a patient way. I decided not to get new tires that day and I was told my can would be ready in 10-15 minutes. 1 hours later I went to find out why my van was not ready. I found someone who said it is ready and waiting. When asked why it took an hour instead i've 15 minutes it was explained that the customer service agent that was helping me went on lunch and that's the reason why it took longer. There was no apology and I felt that was a very weak explanation and a lack of organization was demonstrated. Overall, Joe it was helpful and informative. My service experience fell apart at the end though when everything took longer than expected and explanations were not clear. More
