Wasn't treated with respect I had to go back to get an issue fixed that should have been done in the previous visit. I think your important section at the bottom of this form feels imposing and not friendly. you should remove it or stop these reviews as i find them a nuisance anyway what if i do not agree. there is no option so why have it????? Sloppy mechanical work and a rude manager Had new motor installed - when I picked up the car the engine light was on. The manager immediately said that Honda wouldn't cover it. When I had the Had new motor installed - when I picked up the car the engine light was on. The manager immediately said that Honda wouldn't cover it. When I had the car examined, I found that the O2 sensor was damaged which caused the engine light to be on. I had to pay to replace it. The engine light was not on when I dropped off the car and the O2 sensor did not have any issues. A few other things: wiring harness for fan was lying on the exhaust, 10 clips for the splash guard and cowl were missing (zap straps were used), overflow bottle was empty and not connected, spark plugs were loose, there was oil all over the new motor, clip for the brake line was missing, induction for throttle body was loose, anything to do with the wiring harness was not clipped in, cowl by wiper motor was damaged, and cooling system hoses were not placed in holders. This is what was found during an external examination. My biggest concern now is what we didn't find internally.... will the engine fail prematurely due to a poor install job? I am a huge believer in Honda quality - which is why I buy Honda and why I recommend them to all my friends and colleagues. I cannot express how disappointed I am in this experience. I will say that Andrea was very nice to deal with but unfortunately she was on holidays when I brought the car in. More
Quick and Friendly Service I dropped by unexpectedly to have a loose mud flap looked at. Greg immediately took a look and noticed a missing bolt and then had someone come over to replace it. The entire process took less than 5 minutes. Very friendly and quick service. No waiting around for just a bolt to be replaced. More
A problem put right When I got home from the service I found a report that the alignment need to be fixed. I had not been advised of this when I was told it was ready, and I was not advised when I collected it. This mean't I had to bring the car back which was time wasting. So I phoned. Without hesitation the person (sorry I can't remember his name) I spoke to owned up. It was an error. He did not make excuses. He offered to fix it whenever it suited me, and, beyond my expectation, offered the realignment at no cost. Stuff happens. Mistakes are made. It's what you do with a problem that counts. This was handled very well. That's why are I vote 5 stars. More
Bad Experience Went in for a recall issue and while I was there asked if they could cut a key for me. The service-person quoted me $30 for the cut and I agreed. I al Went in for a recall issue and while I was there asked if they could cut a key for me. The service-person quoted me $30 for the cut and I agreed. I also told him the key was already programed. When all was done I got a bill for $111.00!! He said the extra cost was for programing the key! I was beyond upset as I know they did NOT program the key, it was already programed. They were trying to charge me for something they never did! They did remove the extra cost when they saw how upset I was. Will not use this dealership again. More
