We have always owned Toyotas and have been sharing a Tacoma for the last 12 years, but finally decided our schedules demanded that we purchase a second vehicle for myself. My husband knew that I was wanting a safe, reliable vehicle and through much research determined that a Honda CRV would be the best choice for me. He initially went to Jonker on his own and with Dan Sak's assistance, picked out a 2016 CRV in burgundy, my favourite colour. He arranged with Dan to return with me a few days later for a test drive. Dan was very knowledgeable and patient in answering all our questions and during the test drive let us experience the ride for ourselves without distracting chit chat and sales pitch. Dan walked us through the sales quote and patiently let us try out different options for financing and accessories to allow us to find the best balance of fitting the vehicle purchase in our budget while ensuring we were getting exactly what we wanted and needed. Dan worked with Alan to get us the best deal on the purchase price, and we were impressed with the professionalism of them both. After an extremely smooth financing process, a week later I was driving my new CRV home and I am loving it! Because of Dan's efficiency we were able to get our CRV before the major dump of snow that happened later that week, and because of that I was able to get safely to and from work with the all wheel drive. I have already recommended to my coworkers to go see Dan and Alan at Jonker and will continue to recommend them to friends and family. More

We had no sooner stepped out of our vehicle than a very obnoxious and rude salesperson approached us. I believe his name was Thomas. We told him what we were looking to buy and he promptly ignored us and insisted we buy a new CRV. He harangued us with his rude insistence that we 'go inside' to talk about buying a new vehicle despite having been told we were not interested. We have never been treated so poorly as that day, and we will never set foot on Jonker's lot again. More
