I bought Japanese for the first time Lets just say a 2017 Honda HRV is no 2012 Chrysler 300 Limited. I hope I get used to driving tinny Japanese cars!. I liked the look of the HRV. Sunny and Alan were attentive and wanted to make a deal as I was a local. Although I could have gotten the same deal from another Honda dealer. There was very little negotiation space on pricing it seemed. That is when it was a cash deal and no trade. I purchased the undercoating for the first time ever on a car. If that cuts out 65% road noise I can't imagine how noisy the car must be! Marty More

Excellent except Overall the experience was excellent. The only negative is going through finance where they try to upsell you on different product. I understand that this is where much money is made but when I say that I am not interested in any of the product the mood in the room quickly changed. It seems that the finance manager was pretty disappointed as if she was not going to make Any commission from me. It felt like after being already approved for finance that I still had to go through a whole interegation with the finance department. I didn't enjoy that part of the experience after spending over $50000. After finishing with finance there was no handshake she just turned me over to insurance. I guess I disappointed her. We talked up front about my goals financially and figured out how to get there relatively quickly. I've never had such a stress free car buying experience, and I've worked with many other dealerships in the lower mainland over the past 15 years. No xx, excellent service. We have always owned Toyotas and have been sharing a Tacoma for the last 12 years, but finally decided our schedules demanded that we purchase a second vehicle for myself. My husband knew that I was wanting a safe, reliable vehicle and through much research determined that a Honda CRV would be the best choice for me. He initially went to Jonker on his own and with Dan Sak's assistance, picked out a 2016 CRV in burgundy, my favourite colour. He arranged with Dan to return with me a few days later for a test drive. Dan was very knowledgeable and patient in answering all our questions and during the test drive let us experience the ride for ourselves without distracting chit chat and sales pitch. Dan walked us through the sales quote and patiently let us try out different options for financing and accessories to allow us to find the best balance of fitting the vehicle purchase in our budget while ensuring we were getting exactly what we wanted and needed. Dan worked with Alan to get us the best deal on the purchase price, and we were impressed with the professionalism of them both. After an extremely smooth financing process, a week later I was driving my new CRV home and I am loving it! Because of Dan's efficiency we were able to get our CRV before the major dump of snow that happened later that week, and because of that I was able to get safely to and from work with the all wheel drive. I have already recommended to my coworkers to go see Dan and Alan at Jonker and will continue to recommend them to friends and family. More
