I bought Japanese for the first time Lets just say a 2017 Honda HRV is no 2012 Chrysler 300 Limited. I hope I get used to driving tinny Japanese cars!. I liked the look of the HRV. Sunny and Alan were attentive and wanted to make a deal as I was a local. Although I could have gotten the same deal from another Honda dealer. There was very little negotiation space on pricing it seemed. That is when it was a cash deal and no trade. I purchased the undercoating for the first time ever on a car. If that cuts out 65% road noise I can't imagine how noisy the car must be! Marty More

I understand that this is where much money is made but when I say that I am not interested in any of the product the mood in the room quickly changed. It seems that the finance manager was pretty disappointed as if she was not going to make Any commission from me. It felt like after being already approved for finance that I still had to go through a whole interegation with the finance department. I didn't enjoy that part of the experience after spending over $50000. After finishing with finance there was no handshake she just turned me over to insurance. I guess I disappointed her. He was personable, genuine, and cared about my needs. There was no shady back and forth on pricing or add-ins. We talked up front about my goals financially and figured out how to get there relatively quickly. I've never had such a stress free car buying experience, and I've worked with many other dealerships in the lower mainland over the past 15 years. No xx, excellent service.
